guy looks like godzilla and just as mean ... he is special .. no doubt about it and not even the hoos who lost out even deny that .. they know it sucks for them

1. i would HATE getting tackled by wyatt teller
2. your forward momentum will stop 100% of the time when getting wrapped up by wyatt teller

he didn't cut down to 2 .. just said that pitt and tosu were his top 2 ... but he does seem to be down to 3, us included ... i'd say that we are DEFINITELY on the outside looking in and it's very doubtful we land him ... the only reason i could see him coming to vt is early PT .. with his skills, i doubt that he would redshirt (and that's rare for an OL at vt)...he could be in the 2 deep at a t-FR and starting as a t-SO ... he's that good

I'll be shocked if he doesn't become a vital player for us. With his physicality, motor, and the ability to play 3 positions (DE, DT, OT) in college, I can't see a scenario where he doesn't at least compete for an ALL-ACC roster spot.

When he named the top 3, we knew we were number 3. In an interview he was asked who was leading for him and he called it a tie between Pitt and Ohio State. We are the dark horse and if we can get him down for a visit then we have a shot.

His film is fantastic, but looks like he is a man among boys.

Either way, this is a HUGE get, and I wonder if he is under-rated because he didn't attend as many summer camps as other recruits. Agree he could be a dominant left tackle if he is willing to switch sides.

Jennings looked far and away the best on film, but Hodges was our primary target. I guess the coaches saw more long term potential. I hope they're right.

I agree with you man, we need to lock down more of the top,super talented VIRGINIANS, but until we win some bcs bowls and prove that we can put them in a program that will win the big games and be in the spotlight consistently (not ACC spotlight but real national spotlight... again, not ACC spotlight, national spotlight) then they will continue to leave for those super powers you mention...
