I just snagged one of those yesterday at my local Target (Starbucks) in Glen Burnie, MD.

Was pleasantly surprised to see it out. There was a stack of 6-8 of them. They only had one other school with cups out: Rutgers.

Ok, gotcha. Didn't realize it could have been segmented that way, thought it was just part of the backend. I just remembered reading through a page at one point that had a list of keyboard shortcuts.

I absolutely hate gif websites so I use a shortcut. I just find the gif I want in an image search that is not on a gif uploader, open the image in a new tab and then on a pc right click > inspect element > copy the img file link > paste directly into TKP comment box and ...

then Penn State-VT metadata was suddenly connected so you now count as the target audience for all kinds of ads... I mean "content".

Another aspect of social media algos; I've noticed a sizable jump in the amount of Penn St social media (none to dozens of posts) flooding my feeds since Franklin was hired by VT.

It should be N/Shift+N or M/Shift+M for new comments or your own comments respectively. I think that functionality may have been limited to the key players club though.

Excited to be back! Could anyone point me to the guide for page navigation? I swear there were some quick-keys for navigating between comments, but I'm not finding it.

I've seen this a lot. I've worked around it by not trying to drag on the embedded content. Find a gap between the context or grab near the borders of your phone screen outside the content your such on and drag, should unstick you. It'll jump a bit as you move past but it's fine in the end

This redditor tweeter has been pretty close to the situation? Says Sitake is talking with family and sleeping on it, will make his decision in the morning.
Evening, Provo time

The meeting that was cancelled earlier today was to say he's gone, players asked him to stay, and BYU spent the day putting together their best package.

(Reddit post does not have a link to the tweet, just the full text.)

So many things here to discuss and if you know anything about D&D there are clues everywhere.

The image that Will sees of Vecna's child factory is basically the Einstein Rosen Bridge that the Science teacher draws on the chalkboard. Vecna needs 12 kids for each point of the grandfather clock that keeps chiming. So I think Vecna is trying to build a time machine of some kind. Which makes sense because the upside down is stuck at a single point in time and he could be trying to escape what is purgatory.

I also think that Vecna has two roles. One is Vecna and the other is Henry. Henry is actually trying to help. Which is why he gives Holly her favorite music and boom box. Holly is told by Mike to be the Cleric which has the ability to use dimensional door. So Henry giving Holly her music could mean she finds her own portal out to save everyone trapped. Something Max has failed to do so far.

So the question is, is Henry really a good guy helping? is that his good consciousness. If it is and he is trying to subvert Vecna then whats the motivation. To save everyone sure but then maybe its to stop the real baddie the Mindflayer who was in the upsidedown before Vecna arrived. Maybe Vecna hasn't been the puppet master at all.

Ok so then down the D&D rabbit hole, Vecna is killed by his general Kas. And they both die in the end. Kas is a vampire. Does Eddie who got killed by the bats come back? or is it Will who you could argue is part undead now? Who kills Vecna and dies with him?

If it's Will then I think Jonathan actually sacrifices himself instead.

Flew home from the desert once in a C-5. Funny fact, hard to climb the ladder to the passenger seating (seats also face backward, which was different) hammered on German beer. Way better than the C-141 trip over in jump seats.

That's why it's not totally believable, unless you get a relatively ho hum guy or a lower profile guy that gig with a big payday so that it raises the floor payment of all your other clients

Duffy started behind the eight-ball with this class.

She was hired in April of 2024, after Brooks took 6-5 Fr Clara Strack and incoming 6-7 Clara Silva, 6-4 Amelia Hassett. We added 6-5 Ramiya White, who still hasn't developed into a starter after transferring out in March. 6-4 Myah Hazelton also transferred out and also hasn't cracked a starting lineup yet. Those departures also emptied the roster of big bigs.

Trent and Jenkins are talented bigs at 6-3, but they are freshmen. So, too, will be Arianna Harris-Mott (6-4) next year.

Looking at the rest of 2026, we have a bit of a challenge. We're only graduating 2 players, Freelon and Daley, and we've already secured 2 commits. That gives us 13 players. 3 Srs, 4 Jrs, 3 Sophs, 3 Frosh. Of those, all of the bigs are Sophs or Frosh. I think we can consider Brecelj a big, but not Baker, as Baker has been more of a wing player, while Brecelj has played as a C for her Slovenian national team.

We have 2 more scholarships available, but would we want to delay development of our homegrown 4* bigs to try to grab out out of the portal?

So then that draws attention to 2027. wbbblog.com has Duffy on the hunt for some serious bigs, all of whom are uncommitted as of this writing.

In May of 2024, she offered 6-7 Jayla Forbes of Montverde Academy (FL) and 6-5 Khalia Hartwell of Westside (SC), following that up in July by offering 6-6 Harper Dunn of Corona (NM) and 6-3 Destiny Manyawu of Staley (MO).

In 2025, she really started, offering 6-7 Kendall Hulsman of Iroquois (NY), 6-9 Abuna Ruop of Norfolk Christian, 6-3 Samaya Wilkins of Purcell Marian (OH), and 6-5 Ogechi Okeke of Hightower (TX)

So that is 8 additional bigs that I know of that we've offered, including 1 in our own back yard. Of the ESPN Super 60 for 2027, all of the bigs are uncommitted. Hell, Duffy could only land 4 VA players in the 2027 class and wind up with a 5* wing, 2 x 4* guards, and 6-9 Ruop.

But at the same time, PSU is probably going to be paying $10M+ to the next head whistle. I am sure he would want ONE of his clients to land the gig instead of some other agent's guy.
