Timeframe For Correcting Past Staff Errors

First time starting a new topic. Just a quick question for the legions of more knowledgeable fans out there.

I think we can all agree that previous staff made a plethora of grievous errors in coaching, recruiting, and developing talent. Whenever you have a staff turnover like we did this past off-season, how long do you think it takes the new staff to correct the mistakes of the previous staff?

When do you think we should be able to make an honest judgement call regarding the success or failure of these hirings?

And finally, perhaps most importantly, do you think our fanbase is patient enough to allow that amount of time to pass before it starts calling for more change? For the record, I am still a fan of these new coaches and I just hope they are given the support, resources, and time needed to succeed.

Thoughts?
