Tailgate Food/Recipes Thread

This thread was inspired by the picture of Joe's slow-cooked pork butt (the slow-cooked pork butt that Joe cooked). I got to thinking, TKP has to be a gold mine for good tailgate food recipes, and I can count the number of things better than good tailgate food on one hand. By making a fist.

Full disclosure, I do not consider myself a very good cook, and I don't know many great recipes. I'm hoping this thread will help remedy that. But just to get things started, I'll post my go-to food item:

Beer-Boiled Brats

1) Pour some beer in a large pot. I usually use 2-3 cans of PBR tall boys. You may need more or less depending on how many brats you're cooking, and any beer will do.
2) Chop up an onion and add it to the beer
3) Add a healthy dose of garlic powder or some chopped garlic cloves
4) Bring the beer to boil and throw in the brats
5) Let them boil for about 12 minutes
6) Throw 'em on the grill and grill them to your exact specifications

I'm sure many of you have a great deal more experience in the tailgate cooking arena and I'd love to read about what y'all eat on gameday. So if you have a favorite tailgate food and/or a recipe for it that you'd like to share, post 'em here.
