Not sure if anyone else here listens to the Solid Verbal (best College Football Podcast out there IMO), but this past episode they had Joel Klatt on. He answered questions about what makes a good coach, what is the difference between a good head coach, coordinator, and position coach, player safety, spread offense vs. pro-style offense, and much more.
As I listened, I couldn't help but think/wonder about our coaches in the context of their comments (especially his pro-style vs spread offense comments, and what the old staff was trying to do compared to the new staff). Anyways, if you have a long commute, or an hour of downtime, or you just enjoy podcasts, this is a great listen:
