You make a difference.
Coach Joe Rudolph:
If I am recruiting guys, I want them to have a really meaningful degree and have an experience where they get that, and 3) I want a great fanbase. If we are going to work that damn hard, I want people to care about it. I want that feeling throughout the program and the people who support it and the guys that fill the locker room and the football offices. I coached here once when I was at Pitt and it was pretty cold and this place was rocking. It was intimidating. When I was here, I was like damn, that's a pretty awesome setting.

I like feeling like what we do makes a difference. This makes me feel good. Love insight on Pry. Even more to like about the staff.
How long until September?
Too damn long.......
(technical answer 6 damn months)
Had to look up when he was at Pitt...was terrified it was gonna be 2015 (top 5 most miserable game I've ever been to). Alas, twas not.
I thought that would be the game too. My dad, who is also from Pittsburgh, was at that 2015 game and came away very impressed with Hokie nation though.
"It's cold, it's raining, the team is mediocre, and there's still 60,000 people there going crazy. Pitt would have 15,000"
I'm not trying to look in the rear view, but it's just so refreshing to hear from the assistants again. You get so many of these stories that really don't have anything to do with scheme or personnel or strategy, but they help you build a connection with the staff. These feel good stories humanize them that generates buy in. I hope it continues
Pry gets it!
