247 Reporting the Senior DL from USF has one year of eligibility remaining.
Hickman is 6-3, 296 lbs with 31 career starts and is originally out of Matoaca HS in Chesterfield, VA.

So what are we playing at DL this year? Has to be a 4 down front or they are moving the smaller DL out to end and going for bulk over speed. Siefkes has pioneered a 3 safety look, but I don't think we have the talent in the secondary for this. We have seen some tweener type LBs coming in and already on the roster, so maybe big line and speed-over-size behind with the exclusion of one run stopping LB?
We are going to have a whole team of 'who the hell is that', plus 'what the hell are they running', and some blend of 'why the hell did they do that' coupled with 'when the hell will this be over". This is my fear.
Sounds like a hell of a season
I am not surprised with all of the portal pickups. New coordinators on both sides of the ball have needs that our guys aren't filling.
I'd be concerned if there were not very many portal pickups that we are not used to seeing.
