Most of the defensive snaps just show him being faster than o linemen. A few hand moves, and play where he ducks a shoulder and goes a little under a Tackle's reach. Around 50 seconds in, he actually does cross a line and and go inside. I have no idea how that lineman could miss the block so badly. Or we just got an insanely quick DE.

The class of 2024 marks 20 years of 'good' (aka mostly complete) recruiting rankings from 247. It's also Pry's second complete class, coming after Tech's first winning season in 4 years, so I thought it would be fun to do take a look at how VT has been trending lately. Last time I did one of these was a year and a half ago (I think?). Also did one a couple years prior to that.

If he played in the Spring Game, I didn't notice him. With Lance Williams and Hannes Hammer looking pretty good, and Layth Ghannam and Johnny Garrett as the top OTs, I don't know how to react to this move. I did like his tape coming out of Pennsylvania, but once he was on campus, I didn't hear him mentioned and even found myself wondering if he was in this class and I was just confused.
