Just stumbled across this CBS Sports article about Virginia Tech football. Most of it is stuff we've been reading and commenting about for months (A general sense of complacency within the program, coaching staff changes, the emphasis on getting back to playing "tough", Logan's mechanics, etc.) but there were also a few quotes and anecdotes that were new to me.
To me, the most interesting parts were:
1. Mike Gentry going off in the locker room at half time in the BC game. I hadn't heard about that before.
2. CFB is back up to 180 lbs.
Anyways, I thought it was a pretty good read so I thought I'd pass it along:

Thank God, with respect to your bullet point number 2. With all the talk of Offensive Line woes, RB talent deficiency, and secondary depth being culprits last year, I was afraid everyone had forgotten that the real problem was skinny Frank Beamer being half the coach (Ha?...) that Fat Frank Beamer is. Glad to hear he's getting back up to his 'coaching weight'.
Haha yeah. When I saw the pics of Beamer with Saban at the Chick-Fil-A celebrity golf tourney, my first thought was, "Yay, Frank's got his football brain back!"
Skinny Frank says:

Deal with it.
With such a deep, rumbley voice, Gentry screaming would be a scary site.
What I learned from this article:
1- Logan's miscues passing on the spring game seem to come from working on his throwing motion. His staring down receivers has to do with trying to get his whole body directed towards where he is passing maybe?
2- I love Logan's attitude and reasoning for coming back. Let's not forget he didn't come here to play QB.
3- Bungholio? We need to incorporate this into a t-shirt for the Bama game.
Good, VT needs a portly Frankinator once again! Large Beamer > Thin Beamer; it's damned Science, man!
