Berman has Never reported a fair thing about VT. He came on the heels of Bill Brill . I live in the NRV and have seen the articles he puts out. I called him once, about five years ago, to ask why such negative reporting . He got very uptight and mad. I just told him, I pay for his service and was asking a fair question and if he couldn't understand that from a person that has bought the paper since the 60's. Then I need to quit and let the editor know why. Which I did do. He is a little man living in a life protected by his job. And Bitter has turned out to be a reporter that IF he works at The Roanoke Times, he will have to follow suit. I don't follow Bitter or the paper anymore. And will drop TSL because he uses it for his articles. That's my choice... Berman is a Little Prick !! But at the right place to be One !!

He's putting life back into the part of the program that needed a change just as much as getting a new Head Coach. VT had fell behind in the S&C program. I love Gentry but it was Time...
I like the hire. We have wanted change in the Football program and we have it now. My goodness , give this staff some time .
Whoever and whatever, he is Gone and I am damn glad. He brought nothing to the offense that showed improvement with His Play calling. BC , you got a bonehead.

Bitter has joined their group , liked him until he stated his negative tweets and sniping on everything. Quit buying the paper years ago...just because what we see now...Thank You Buzz for being all VT First.
Good young hire , he will bring some new ideas and will be a key in recruiting. Bud Foster and his held over staff needs a new coach. IMO, Bud will be leaving sooner than later and he might be the next DC here at VT.

Fuente fits the mold for VT, He will be a stable Head Coach, young and with a offensive back ground. He won't get happy feet here at VT and will be the type that will stay . And Bud Foster, Wiles and Grey will be here next season from everything I hear. VT has had a great Coach for 29 years, who knows what any new coach can do here at VT, give him your support and lets see. Been 29 Years, Lets get behind the new Coach...
Never miss a Hokie game in Hooville . Always get these tickets when VT sends out the away game order form. I just hope we fill that place up and kick their A$$.

RR is fine and OK for me. If Our AD likes him and Trusts him as his biggest hire for VT..And I'm long time Hokie Club Member. That's why we have AD for, to make these decisions..
Man ! I hope you are Right on VT winning this one. I hate to think we lose to Miami but I got us losing .It is either fold up Time or Get In Gear Time for VT.

I was there , SEZ gates when the message was given about the game delay, very polite Sheriff gave the message. I went to the Cassell and stayed till they said Gates would open at 7:45 . We where in line early , got In with no problem. It looked like most fans didn't show up when the time was given for the gates to open. We never had a problem, VT did what they had to do, the weather was in Charge . I have seen 3 weeks of Rain Games , the ECU game was the worse !! And it sounds like VT will be playing Saturday in the rain, Again !
arnie3959 , you are right on , what you have heard is pretty close to the facts. I just hope Frank Beamer Leaves with a winning season. And I think if he gets that, he will be very happy with everything . He is a VT Man and has made VT in Football. But the Time has come and I believe he knows that. Just hope for the best for Him and in Whit getting a good coach for VT.

# | Frank Beamer Wants More Emotion From His Hokies, Foster and Loeffler Lament Missed Chances 2 plays starting the second half sure was a Game Changer . The plays JC touched the ball was game Wasters and Needs to be Changed. Lefty is over his head, IMO and throw in Shane, that's way more than 5 plays !!
I was hoping he would cut the RB rotation to maybe 3 RBs, Rogers, McMillion , and Peoples. And shake the OC a couple times ! Bad Play calling and No adjustments during the Game to help the QB . IMHO, this is the last chance to turn things around for this year's season. Frank Beamer might be going out on a losing season, sad but true .
