Thanks LT.
Heck, even 5 years ago, Bud made more than Chesney does now.
ooooooh fuuuuuuuuuuuck
I'm only halfway through the season and dammit, that just spoiled it
The longer this goes on, and the more JMU games I watch, the more excited I'm getting about the possibility of Chesney.
That statement from the AD sounds really familiar to me. Not sure why…
FSU just got done paying Taggart's buyout less than a year ago.
They'd owe about 59 million to Norvell
if all this has been because of him and Sexton dawdling then yeah, we should move on honestly. Shit or get off the pot.
That said, the past 17 days have taught me that we here on TKP really don't know what's actually going on. I welcome our new head coach, whoever they are. And whenever they are too, apparently.
Not if you're talking about offense.
Suffren is getting only 1.6 ppg more than Daley on only 1.6 mpg more playing time.
They are equal in assists, but Daley is shooting 15% better and 17% better from range. Daley also has fewer turnovers.
Defensively, the argument could be made as Suffren leads the team in steals, though Daley has more blocks.
I think Daley's experience sets the tone to allow Suffren to be more effective when she comes in.

I hit the point (about two weeks ago, I think) of thinking that it's highly unlikely we land Franklin. I think as a fan base we need to move on. I'll be surprised if Franklin is named head coach of VT. My hope is that the committee has done their due diligence and we'll be naming someone we can get excited about in about a month.
Regardless of public perception, F$U does not have the kind of money needed to fire Norvell, and hire Franklin plus coordinators, etc.
Daley shot 6 for 7 last night. Suffren was 6 for 13. Suffren over Nelson I can get behind because they seem to be equals defensively but Suffren creates fastbreaks and turnovers. Nelson did a whole lot of standing around on offense last night. Reminded me of Wabissa Bede.
that dude is a murderer with a fake finger
Looks like Arkansas is ramping up the search and moving on from the possibility of Franklin
NEW: Former LSU head coach Ed Orgeron has been in communication with Arkansas, @PeteNakos reports👀He's also a name to know in the Oregon State search.https://t.co/2GZP1CYjFV https://t.co/lXZphanEqg pic.twitter.com/blJjAM3tkw— On3 (@On3sports) November 14, 2025
Meh, that's just a rehash of what was said last night....
VT is still in on Franklin and appears to be nearing completion, but Franklin is still holding out for the possibility FSU comes open. VT has Chesney as next in line if Frankin falls through.
At this point, if FSU was going to come open, it probably would have happened already. All signs are pointing to him signing with VT.
^^^This (probably) doesn't apply in an ODU elevator.
Franklin Pls. Also that article is paywalled but your quote seems to contradict his tweet
"Virginia Tech's search about to wrap up"
Bruce Feldman notes this morning that industry sources "indicate that Virginia Tech seems ready to move on from waiting for Franklin."
07Hokie made reference to it, but Hansberry as a legitimate rebounder and rim protector (to go with Lawal's ability to protect the rim) completely changes the dynamic for this team. Controlling the boards triggers the break, and rim protection allows the guards to more aggressively challenge the passing lanes.
they are really missing Sears' shooting.
I'd start Suffren over Daley
The maroon lining on the inside of the black vest is nice touch.
Also, the zip up vest is simply pulled apart as if it were held together with the world's weakest magnets/velcro.
Also zipper pulls on the bottom of both sides
Stuck in the past
The logo on the shirt is clearly fake, otherwise it would be pretty convincing.
prepared for this to cause hysteria across the internet shortly

I've been on the Chesney train pretty much since Pry was fired. I think he'd be a risky hire but I believe he has great upside and I'm here for that.
