Bass is a lot smaller than I thought, I could have swore he was at 250lbs
French's film review of the 2014 Wake Forest game was a pretty big indictment of Searels to me. Elko knew our protection calls, baited us into full slide protections so he could get a free hitter and we didn't adjust all game.
I had the brace on too. Itwas all mental, knee was only slightly sore after 36 holes over 2 days, but yeah some swings felt like Charles Barkley out there.
Grimes and Searles were both solid too, just didn't stay for long.
Makes sense given his size. I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up in that 3rd safety spot that French did a film review on from Siefkes' time with the Cardinals. That position does a ton of running downhill to fit the run and screen game.
No joke. I thought this was DC Wilson's kid's or grandkid's team you were talking about when I first read the post.
OK, I'm a glutton for punishment, hence I go again tomorrow. Working the tide, Paul has decided on meeting at 8. Blessed relief from 5. We'll fish somewhere in the Mobjack and hope for a change in fortune.
Brennan Johnson, recruited as a linebacker is also in the Safety room now.
Johnny Garrett was the other O-lineman. We have a lot of size on the O and D-line that we haven't had in a while if ever.
Based on the ACC Football road trip thing, apparently Drones is 100% healthy, looking really good and much further along than they thought he'd be after the spring injury. Wouldn't sub out for some reps when they sent somebody in to take his place.
Drones also listed his top 5 OL during the ACC media day - I think it was Rimac, Altuner, Ghannam, Cunningham, and I forget the last guy.
Echo the team-building aspect and apparently Montgomery is the "real deal" and Siefkes is "a quiet assassin and got that dawg in him" or something and innovative with his schemes.
Jordan Bass was moved to safety cause of his range and Noah Jenkins moved to LB. Other than that, I have no clue. None if it really matters right now - we'll have a better idea what to expect come Aug 31
Obligatory....

Even if they had the information, would they be able to do anything with it. 0-0 end of regulation.
So secret, I can't even read it.
Awesome trophy and sounds like an incredible (and reasonable) trip! Having just got back from my own 8-person golf weekend, hope you all have a blast.
I'll keep you in mind next year if I have any openings!
man that sounds awesome! I wish I could swing it but I won't be able to. Maybe another time
#HokieLeaks
Wakey up, man! Secret info is leaking out everywhere!
Shane Beamer would absolutely never do anything unsavory to gain insight into his opponent's gameplan
If there's any Hokies in the NJ/PA/NY area interested, I have 3 spaces open for a 16 guy, two day guys only golf outing at the historic 1911 Shawnee Inn & Golf resort in Shawnee-on-Delaware PA on September 21 & 22. The course is on an island in the Delaware River and has (3) 9-hole layouts, and was A.W. Tillinghast's first course design. A couple of guys backed out on me late in the game here. We split up in to two teams playing for fun - (5) handicapped 9 hole matches all with different formats (singles, 2 man best ball, alternate shot, 4 man scramble, etc.) over 2 days with overnight double occupancy accommodation and breakfast included. $275 each. Dinner at a separate pub on site we go to is not included. Resort also has the Shawnee Craft Brewery on site. We are all basically in our mid 50's, and range in handicaps from 10 to 25 and just have fun together drinkin' beer and playing some golf. The winning team's MVP gets to display the trophy in their home for part of the year!

They went to Oregon during football training? That is quite a trip and must have eaten into practice hours. I would have thought they went to Claytor Lake or Smith Mountain Lake if they just wanted a team bonding event.
It is more fun to blindly pick. I seem to do better that way than informed decisions.
Well Shane is an alumnus, letter winner, and has his family name on the freaking road sign out front so I would think he could just walk right in. In this case we want Pry to be like a Fuente and keep the former players out.
Keep Frank away from the practice field! /s but only sort of

2 spots open now.....grab your buddy and take a road trip and stop in Philly for Cheesesteaks! Nerf knows what I'm talking about!
