I feel like all of the fantasy sports sites are very persnickety with avatar uploads. ESPN always gives me a hard time. This may also be due to the fact that my fantasy team has been the Hokie pokies for several seasons now and I have been flagged for inappropriate content lol.

That's a CBS issue. I checked settings and there's nothing that addresses avatars. Could your picture file be too big?

I'm in! Able to change my entry name, but when I edit my avatar it doesn't seem to take.

Yes! We're Back! Its gonna be epic.

As the regular season champ i'm back for this and ready to be humbled!

The investment in sport journalism is paying off because this has to be done by some orange and maroon glasses wearing madlad to do this

Appalachian State

Georgia State

Middle Tennessee State

Nebraska (yay?)

Just a few of the hard hitting opponents we were up against! /s

yes I know this is the current state of our program... sigh...

But back in the BE days, I enjoyed this match up.

I would say towards the end it was getting pretty ugly though, and a few years not playing for the Black Diamond Trophy was probably needed.

I would like to see them back on the schedule regularly though, I mean there is an actual trophy associated with the game so we should be playing them at least every 4 or 5 years.

In 2002, the Virginia Tech athletics department developed a new policy on retiring jerseys. This special honor is bestowed to acknowledge an individual who has won an established national award in their sport, while allowing the number to continue to be worn by others. Tech will no longer retire numbers.

Numbers in italics shown for retired jerseys, number still available to be worn.

To be fair, the italics are hard to recognize. These are the retired numbers:

10 Frank Loria
25 Frank Beamer
73 Jim Pyne
78 Bruce Smith
84 Carroll Dale

Of course 25 is still used in honor of Frank.

Sounds good! I rarely fish down your way, but have heard the North Fork of the Holston is good!
