We really just can't catch a break, huh? I know a lot of people may have gotten their wish with this but man, it is AWFUL timing.

Yeah, I have friends over 70 still surfing, including my brother, but while I enjoyed it as a lad, fishing took over my beach thing a long time ago.
As for the knee, the problem is, at 74, I should have done this 7-8 years ago because the other knee and a hip are also signaling that they're right behind if I want to be pain free walking about. I'll hope that this one goes smoothly enough to make it easier to get into and out of the boat, but I'm not looking to play pickleball and hike 5 miles in the mountains.

I'd like to leave it out over multiple days. TONS to catch on hook and line. I usually go down and shoot them with a bow in my dock lights. Sometimes I'll see 100+ out there in the lights.

I'm going to check it tomorrow morning and see what comes up. I am just not sure it will stay up and also not get tangled. It's also weird to bait.

Are there enough cats to catch on hook and line? If so, it seems like any trap would work. Obviously, if you know their predominant feeding patterns, you could set for one and experiment with the other tide, maybe?

Is there anyone that is a Civil Engineer working with stormwater management in North Carolina?

Just have some quick questions about what's required and certain triggers.
Cheers!
