I think we could help ourselves if we could just win. Players want to play on relevant teams. We're nowhere near the upper echelon of football, but we're closer than we are to the bottom. I know we suck, but for fucks sake we have horrible luck. We can nag on Pry and development and defense all we want, but our record in one score games has some shit luck included. If we could just win some close games, maybe win a big game or two, I think we could at least alter perception. We're trending for shit, but it wouldn't take a miracle to help our case. Can't keep regressing.

This sucks and is where we are today. Legacy hokie bolts for ND simply because of money. No other reason as I would be shocked if he started there. We are now a feeder program. That's what we are. Enjoy.

Golden makes roughly 2 million per- exact amount unknown because ND doesn't disclose, but sources say its around that number. Whit will offer him 975K and act like that is a favor. So, no Golden isn't coming here.

Interesting...I don't pay too much attention that far down the depth chart but pure feeling wise I don't think Davi ever starts a game at VT with Brand in the fold and the transfer portal the way it is today its pretty hard to predict next year let alone 2-3 years out but I think Brand passes Davi just based on HS performance.

For me, staying healthy just involves plenty of cardio.
I did my share of bball games at McComas, but rarely just did cardio for fitness. Fast forward 10 years and I committed to running 1k miles in 2015 to celebrate the pending birth of my first child. I had run a few 5k/10k/half marathons at that point, but probably averaged no more than 10 mi/wk. Anyway, that year kicked off my cardio addiction that persists 10 years (and 3x JFK50s) later.

Running certainly isn't for everyone, but it's probably for more people than realize it. The first 5k is toughest, but once you can manage that, adding another mile and then another becomes easier and easier.

An employee of mine wanted to get into running last year and asked me for advice. I'll share the same here:
1) Get Jack Daniels
2) Do lots of LSD

This isn't what he expected to hear from his boss, but that's truly all you need. BTW, Jack Daniels Running Formula is a famous book with so many great resources. LSD= Long Slow Distance...the best way to build cardio fitness.

Finally, when all else fails, go listen to some David Goggins. Stay hard!
