lol the way he made the graphic when talking about the QBs is intentionally misleading.
Grunk is the #220 prospect from the portal and started 7 games last year
Baker is the #35 QB prospect from the portal and the #65 recruit in 2025
The way that is laid out, its almost trying to stir up controversy
"If x eventually happens, here is how I will end up talking about it when it does," is PEAK offseason. Just that good, pure, uncut sports radio silliness.
We ain't paying him to lose the starting job.
Since I dont know him, Im gonna say no.
I'm still waiting on his earth shaking announcement that's going to change everything coming in September 2025...or was that September 2024?
Sad but good point. Especially because bud was also excellent at coaching guys up even if they weren't top end recruits. His coaching ability was always going to be impossible to replace when he retired but not being able to replace his recruiting (which should have been possible) has killed us
I don't think Franklin lobbies, I think he tells.
From a future Men in Black film:
Chuck Norris is not dead. He just went home.
Thanks for the improved table. Much easier to read.
I think Iowa is going to throw the bag at Aden. Plus his sister is also a student at Iowa already
I have no idea who this is. Is Josh Pate a name we should know?

Decided to put all of Elko's information above into a table, for easier looks.

Instructions on how to make a table here.
I do wish I knew how to center justify the table cells, that would look much nicer.
I used to follow him on YouTube, but a recent interview he did has caused me to unsubscribe.

Interesting look at scoring at NCAAs. Point average by team. Shows how big the difference was with PSU scoring bonus points in matches. Hokies 12th with a 6 point average per match. Stanford finished #2 behind PSU with 7.795 point average.

If you only looked at Team Rankings while Duals were going on then yes. Intermat had the Hokies Projected 10th for Nationals though.
It wasnt a great result, especially Sasso losing first round as a 4 seed (although many thought his seeding was too high to begin with). Eddie losing also cost the Hokies a bunch of team points. Eddie's style is playing with fire because he seems to wrestle to win with one takedown in the entire match. Just takes one thing to go against him to cost him a match.
This season was never expected to be great but we finished behind NC State and Stanford, who also both had individual champions. Thats disappointing considering how ACC Championship went.
Its still the highest final placement nationally of any Hokies team this year I believe.

all too common these days, unfortunately. But, shame on us for voting for it (both literally and with our dollars). We (society) gobble up that nonsense and as long as we continue to do so (and tolerate it) that is what we'll continue to get. You reward stupidity, you get more stupidity. IIWII
I still have no way of interpreting any of this, other than the 11th place finish. I'm guessing this was a bit of a disappointment for the team and not at all where we expected to finish, right?
Hayden Hidlay, assistant coach for most of the lighter weights at Stanford is leaving Stanford. Rumored to be headed to NC State. Potential transfer portal wave going to the Pack including possibly Aden Valencia, who took the 149 lbs title this year.
Unfortunately I think Pate's rise in popularity has led him to lose some of his independent opinions and veer closer to the corporate / state media talking heads at the big networks.
What a horrendous performance by Iowa... shocking that a 2 seed can be that unathletic with poor offensive execution. Looked absolutely clueless. I would have loved to see us against that team.
Consider that previous 2 games they beat Farleigh Dickenson by just 10 and lost to UCLA by 51 (yes 51)
Chuck Norris didn't die, death just got Chuck Norris'd...

not gonna lie, when I saw this thread title I was like "WTF, did Michael Jordan die!?!?!"
Anyway, RIP Chuck. There is an entire genre of jokes dedicated to you. Well done, sir.
