I saw on their twitter feed where ESPN sent a camera crew to follow the kicker around campus one day this week. Talk about a distraction.. I wouldn't allow that shit if I were Fedora.
That was Louisville in the Gator Bowl (for the tampons). About 1 minute in on the video.

It's like not we're looking at the possibility of the Big 12 adding Notre Dame or stealing a current P5 school. Whoever they add is going to be from the Group of 5. Yes, it increases the pool, but it's mostly adding bottom feeders (outside of Houston). And the NC States, Wake Forests, and Baylors of the college football world can already find plenty of P5 bottom feeders to fill out their schedule with any conference mandates.

That last part is probably it. Delta has turned RDU into a big focus airport for them, with direct flights to almost everywhere you could want to go, at least through the eastern part of the US. Its a rare occasion when I really have to take a connecting flight, unless I'm headed to an airport where Delta doesn't have a big presence. And even then, we have both transcontinental and transatlantic options out of RDU that take a lot of stress off the long trips.
American is almost the opposite here. If you want to go anywhere, you're going to have to connect through Charlotte, Chicago, Miami, or Philly. They do offer transcon and transatlantic options as well, but their regional service is quickly falling behind what Delta offers.
I think one key to stopping them is to play physical and jam their receivers at the line of scrimmage to throw off their timing and allow us to get to the quarterback. Of course, it helps to have the officials looking the other way a la the Clemson game when they straight up mugged Louisville receivers all day while barely drawing any flags.

Yeah, but if they wanted to just be a little better than average they should have kept Chan Gailey. I think his worst season was 7-6. CPJ has had multiple losing seasons.
Yup, the old AD cycling basketball coaches and extending CPJ's fully guaranteed contract after every good season has put them in a tight money situation. But can the new AD raise the money might be the big question.
I gotta think that heavy rain is going to prevent some of those UNC deep balls from being thrown and even when they are, won't it affect accuracy?
