I think rain helps UNC's passing game more than it helps VT's. Trubisky has a huge arm and can drive the ball, plus Switzer knows where he is going. Our DBs don't. If the QB can get the ball to the WRs, rain always benefits the offense.

Here's one scenario that could play out. Nothing too concrete, just hearing talk from the media.

  • Texas goes all in on Herman
  • LSU gets Jimbo
  • FSU hires Kiffin
  • Alabama crowns Kingsbury (from TTU) as their new Kiffin
  • Oregon hires Fedora
  • Addazio is fired at BC
  • Stoops is out at Kentucky
  • Franklin is out at Penn State
  • Brian Kelly gets one more year, hires Charlie Strong

I'm not seeing rainfalls that heavy at all right now. I'm seeing 1.74" for all day Friday and 1.3" for all day Saturday for Chapel Hill. Nowhere near as concentrated as what you're saying
