I believe in 12 one-game seasons
Personally I prefer 15 one-game seasons but meh
I hope he comes back strong. We don't have a ton of depth in the front court
My first time going to a UNC game, so I have a few questions if you don't mind.
Do you need a pass for these lots?
What time do they open for tailgating?
When you need to get there to get a spot?
Thanks.
wow, that was quite an article for dropping two tidbits of new information in the last sentence (SU and VT likely voting 9 and sending the conference that direction).
You sure about that? At 2-3 they have loluva at 36th.
Haha, that's awesome. While our only loss was to a quality highly ranked team, we haven't beaten anybody to earn that ranking. Though our last two wins look pretty great, especially after a few seasons of barely getting wins (or even losing) against opponents we should handle...maybe we'll be up to 12 after we win our next three games.
Not sure how I feel about this. While glad to see us back in the rankings, I don't know that we have beaten anyone to deserve the attention. Maybe it's because I've seen us go down this road before and I'm a little snake-bit. I want to believe that things are different now. If we go to Chapel Hill and lay an egg after a bye week, then I will be disappointed. I'd like to think that CJF & Bud have something special planned. I just don't know.
If we run "The Gauntlet" as Fuente noted, not only will I believe, but he will have pulled us back from obscurity and will have made us relevant again. There was a topic post a week or so ago related to CJF's reply from a reporter about ST and the lack of their production. Then Shibest answered the bell. But I got the sensation watching that interview that even referring all respect to Beams, CJF was getting a little tired of answering questions about "Beamerball". I think if he gets us through this stretch of games with only the TN loss, he will have cemented his stamp on the program, if he hasn't done so already.
I want desperately to be on the cow catcher of the hype train, but only time will tell. It IS a great place to start, and again, fun to watch the resurgance from the beginning. Let's go......!!!!
I tend to agree, but we don't deserve that high of a ranking yet.
Isaiah Ford had another 100-yard receiving day **yawn**.
Damn it. I yawned when I read this. Now you will too mwahahahaha!
lol I was about to say you hibernated on it ! Good stuff !
I think College Football News gets the rankings right.

Thanks for sharing...that was an interesting read. It looks more like Teel wants 9+1 to happen than anything. I can't say I necessarily disagree with him. I do think this tidbit about Clemson wanting 7 home games each season was interesting..
I like the idea of having 7 home games but for a 12 game regular season schedule that's kind of selfish and unrealistic
You slept for 8 days, you really must have celebrated!
I believe VT can beat UNC.

# | Teel Time, ACC Athletic Directors to vote on 8 or 9 game conference schedule Friday. http://www.dailypress.com/sports/teel-blog/dp-acc-football-sked-vote-pos...
Looks like David Teel thinks 9 games is likely to happen with Babcock switching his vote from last time. This article makes the case pretty well for his switch too.
Emotionally? Yes. But any coastal team (not named Virginia Tech) that wins obviously hurts our chances for winning the coastal. Then again, when we win out, it will not matter.
Heal well!
Looks like I'll be partying at UNC in a hurricane. Good thing we have a nice track record in them.
Frat Bro?
Looking for Hype Train vid!
Yup I see it now. Thanks.
Nice to see the Associated Press honor Frank Beamer as well.
Anyone have a house I can evacuate a family of six to with a newborn? /s the track moved west and O boy I'm not looking forward to the end of the week.
From this map, it looks like they're right next to each other. They're the two parking decks south of the stadium. http://move.unc.edu/parking/visitor-parking/

My sources are telling me the current hokie commits are having good HS season. One of them even got an offer from Michigan. We need to keep what we have and add more pieces to the puzzle.
