Is the maroon trim in the picture above? I think I agree that a thicker white border around the field would help tone down the endzone paint and make the field stand out. I really don't care how the endzone is painted as long as our players help take the paint off all game.

I think it looks pretty good.
If Frank had been committed to a new offensive philosophy, he wouldn't have just brought in Lefty and Grimes. He would have let his OC completely rebuild the offensive staff to his liking. Instead, what we wound up with was an amalgam of parts on offense, and no clear idea of who was in charge of what. (We still don't know who to blame for the atrocious tailback rotation.)
While programs with an established offensive identify might be able to get away with replacing an OC, even then it tends to be promotion from within, someone who knows the system. We had no system, and no offensive identify. We needed a complete overhaul and culture change on that side of the ball. Instead, we got a new OL coach and a new OC, who was asked work with the head coach's son and the former OC on his staff.
The changes Frank made in 2012 say to me that he wasn't invested in bringing in a new offensive philosophy all.

I have Dish Network here east of H'burg and I only get the ABC 3 from H'burg on Dish. I can get NBC 29 and the CBS from H'burg on antenna. For some reason, I can not get the CW sub channel from H'burg on antenna.

Bede is a beast, I honestly believe his rankings are too low for his play. During the ADIDAS circuit this summer he and makai ashton langford led there team to an undeafeated record. Asthon-Langford is ranked higher, but the few times I saw there games Bede was the best player on the court. I really hope we can land him, would be a great backcourt partner to NAW.
Not so fast my friend! We already have a 4* for 2017 and another 4* for 2018. Not to mention a few more highly ranked 4*s trending towards us.
