UNC - conference game. A UT loss means little in the scope of our season. Based on what I saw Saturday we can compete for the top 3 in our division and UNC is a big game in that regard.

We have been here since Sunday at the Lady Equipment camp site. It's about a half mile from BMS, same side. We have about 23 RV's & motor-coahes in our group. Ready to rock n roll.

Post a pic of your campground. I'll be in Earhart West early Saturday, and would love to come by and meet the Reynolds family! GO HOKIES!

We have to get them in passing situations and hope our DB's get some turnovers. It won't be an OSU level upset but this team is pretty stacked. Butch is kind of a dumb dumb and in game adjustments are questionable. Feels like there's a punchers chance. We might come out looking like Diaz in last Mcgreggor fight, but if it's close and we play hard I'll be happy.

I have a lot of faith in this staff based on past performance and how they carry themselves, but just feel like this game and the stage is too early in the transformation. I'm setting my expectations low for winning the game and just hope show big improvements from last week. If Feunte can get us back to top 10 caliber it won't happen overnight but I'd love to see 5-10yds of progress every game.

Over/Under: 65% Tennessee Fans - Over. I know a lot of season ticket holders who are passing on this game to watch it at home on their own version of Colossus. On top of that, you've got a ton of tickets going to sponsors and I get the feeling they have a heavy UT lean.

Over/Under: 199.5 total yards by Joshua Dobbs - Over. I actually see their most effective play being designed QB runs utilizing an extra 240 lbs of lead blocking. Throw in a few mid range throws and he's there.

True or False? Hokies tailbacks will combine to rush for more yards than Jalen Hurd - True. See above comment. I think Dobbs gets more run calls than we'd expect and we do a halfway decent job of limiting Hurd when he does carry.

Over/Under 2.5 turnovers by the Hokie offense - Under. I predict two turnovers, both interceptions because God help the player who has two hands on the ball and still manages to fumble after last week. Also, I don't think Evans is a no INT kind of guy and he's due.

Rank 'Em Most to Least: Total Number of Bubble Screens; Total Number of Jet Sweeps; and Total Number of Speed Options by the VT offense - Jet sweeps, screens, options. I don't think our coaches have enough confidence in the WR blocking right now to run as many screens as they want against UT. That's basically setting the poor wideout up for getting drilled right as he catches the ball. Murphy at full tilt, however, can react to the blocks or lack there of and still make something on the outside. I really doubt we'll see more than a couple options.

Who sees more snaps: Wyatt Teller or Colt Pettit? - Teller. Even if he doesn't start, he'll go in early and often because we need to win.

Matchup Over/Under: 52 - Over. We'll have to score to keep up. This is not a "Foster will just keep us in the game" type of deal. If the defense gets more than a few stops, I see us winning, but it will be high scoring either way.

Spread: Tennessee (-10.5). I put money on Tech beating the spread so that's what I'm gonna go with here. Even if we lose and our last score comes in garbage time, I see this as more of a one possession game when the clock hits 0:00.

NCST - Don't know or care
Pittsburgh - Want them undefeated when they lose to us.
Utah - BYU is dumb
TCU - Sure, why not?
Virginia Tech - Tennessee's uniforms remind me too much of Tabb... Those guys suck.
Arizona State - Holy Hell why didn't I go to ASU!

North Carolina State -4.5 at East Carolina
Penn State +6.5
BYU +3.5
TCU -7.5
Virginia Tech +11.5
