i agree with you in regards to the "SEC bias" and i believe that perception is actually currently changing, given the last two years or so of results
that being said, you're initial statement was that teams in the sec aren't good because of the criteria
half of your wins don't come from FCS teams or FBS team with losing records.
my point is that using that criteria is flawed because the top teams in the country don't even meet that criteria. because i'm incredibly bored at work i looked up Clemson's schedule/results last year and in the regular season they won 12 games with 6 vs FCS/sub .500 teams last year plus a 7th vs a nc state(7-5) who padded their schedule to qualify for a bowl game. i think we can all agree they were one of the top two teams last year.
if you want to pound that "SEC is overrated drum" go for it, i'm right there with you, but the criteria presented is flawed
If that is the case, I think he will have learned his lesson come Saturday. I'd expect to see him run out on the field for the first possession.
That's awesome. And I'm worried about that ear.
Dude you outdid yourself this week, I was rolling on the floor. Well done and don't forget that Mephistopholes has also hired another sc exile meow...
Excellent job!
Always a leg for a "That's what she said" post!
Thanks for the replies!
I don't know how you found that, but that's pure gold.
Hype train full speed ahead!

Does anyone else read these in a voice similar to that of David Koechner (Champ Kind) narrated the movie Out Cold??

# | Henri Murphy Hoping to Use His Status as One of the Speediest Hokies to Boost Tech's Offense I get the distinct impression that the last two years have taught Ford and Phillips to play the whole game at 90% with a range from 80-100. Wiggins wants them to play at 100% and then come out. That's a combination of teaching them new habits and remembering to get them out on a schedule, not just to rest them but to teach them that conserving energy doesn't get them more time on field.
bilk the government out of grants, write papers and go to scientist conventions in Vegas
You make it sound as if there's something wrong with that.
I live in Bristol and plenty of my friend have AT&T. You'll be fine pretty much everywhere.
Around the Speedway itself you will be fine. As you venture out, hard to say.
I am only sad that it took me so long to come up with this.

I lived with film students after college, so I have a slight inkling as to how much work goes into something like this and let me say:
Thank you sir.

They will be set up in Earhart East, the Hokie side!
BTW, saw the GameDay RV on the way to work this morning. They're staying at the Holiday Inn off of exit 7!
I'm hoping this is full on state fair level and we get some fried coke and everything
Is fried coke illegal? Just asking...um...for a friend.
The Fifth Fuller is obviously the author of the finest examples of slightly skewed revisionist history available. I love this stuff. Great job! And I won't say anything about the fried coke if you don't.
I am totally adopting "Eastern Carolina" when referring to our divisional rival, ECU.
Any one been to Bristol and know if there is decent cell service for AT&T? Heading down Friday morning and likely to have some work calls that day.
Come on man, it's the D'Angelo Russell "ice in my veins" celebration. It's an overall great look /s

Actually, it could still be a serious question. Because a quarter of a smart car still wouldn't affect my ability to use a parking space, especially since it's about the size of a shopping cart, and those are left between parking spaces all the time.

I disagree but that's what makes TKP so great. I don't think Clemson beating Troy and South Carolina State means they are a great team. They might be a top team this year but if you don't play anyone a don't think you are "great".
