I think I am cool with whatever they come up with, but I agree with whit that we need to keep the sqrt(1) on the helmet. That is our instant point of recognition.

It's there. The large thing blocking the far stands is the big screen. Check the live fee.

not to mention the fact that we aren't one of the traditional powers so even if they didn't trot out alternate uni's on occasion why should we be obligated to be just like them? I'm fine with Tech doing what Tech wants....fans be damned as long as the players and recruits like it...right?

Anyway, I've liked some of our alternates and I have disliked some of them. I usually try not to get all up in arms over stuff I don't like...but these new ones for Bristol are awesome IMO. If I had the money, I'd totally buy one of those helmets if they go for sale...those things are slick

Yeah, figured as much. Plus, considering the look of SCar's regular uniform, its not worth putting out what their alternate looks have been.

Always amuses me that there's always the B&M about how all those traditional powers never wear special uniforms and how we should strive to be just like them and never change things up and raaaaaaawr.... You know, ignoring the fact that essentially everyone not named "Penn State" has worn at least one special alternate uniform or uniform tweak in recent years, and by breaking out our own alternates we are, in fact, actually acting like one of the traditional powers...

yeah, I meant Southern Cal. They are USC to me. South Carolina is and always will be SCAR to me. Just like whenever anyone says OSU I think of Ohio State. If you mean one of the other two you're gonna have to write it out.

Nice, thank you. We're 23/24 in all three categories. Pretty solid.

Also, looks like the payrolls *cough* in Alabama are pretty high...

I mentioned this at the gym the other day and everyone was like, "NUH UH, THEY ADDED THE NUMBERS TO THE HELMET LAST YEAR" Although in all the images I see, they're all number 42, I don't get it. PSU uniforms are lame.

Side note both the Oklahoma and Iowa unis are pretty tight. Florida really didn't go too far off the beaten path.

Donations are not counted in revenue numbers and that is the point Hokie Fireman and I have made above. We might be ahead of Clemson in revenue, but they have had a HUGE influx of donor money following their success and we have seen a level of extreme apathy towards giving.
