Settle impresses me more and more every time I read about him. Worked hard to get the grades/test scores to get in. Worked hard to lose weight. Seems to have a very positive attitude and energetic personality. I am glad he chose VT and I look forward to watching him continue to mature as a person and football player.

I agree with your second sentence. There's a ton of great acting in the show, and it has great characters. But the actual storyline was pretty meh. Would have been a lot better as a 10 ep miniseries. Season 2 didn't really go anywhere, and if they had developed it as a limited story, it probably would be up there with TD1 and The Night Of. But as is, it's kinda disappointing.
I would have no problem at all to have beer for sale all around lane stadium since it would bring a lot more revenue to the school. Yea you have to worry about 21+'s buying it for underages but they are already sneaking in alcohol to begin with.

This answered my question to a T, about whether Bud is actually having to change coverages or it seems have the ability to go back to successful stuff ran in the past:
"It's going to be the same defense, I hope. We want to get back to what we have been doing. What we changed at the beginning of the season in 2004 to where we were last year. I want to get back to doing those things where we aren't just playing man all the time. I want to get a few more eyes on the ball. I want to play a little bit more and show a little bit more. Even though we might be playing a little bit more man, we also want to be doing some more disguise plays, which we have done in the past. I think the biggest thing is getting more eyes on the football. There can be a play where there may be a crease in the defense with the way offenses are nowadays, but if there are eyes on the ball, then it is not going to be a big play. I want to eliminate that.
Interesting comments about the depth chart status. I'm sure that's common practice but it's nice to know our guys are pushing each other for those starter roles. Great stuff, Ryan.
He did not commit on his visit. Hopefully VT stays hot on him. Would hate to see us fall off. Always scary when a player says we are the leader, visits, and doesn't commit.

Bloodline is great and absolutely is in Netflix's top 5, if not Top 3. Kyle Chandler is absolutely brilliant in it, so is Ben Mendelsohn.
