Saw several shots of Ky Fuller early on (red zone) but got tired of watching after a while (showed a lot of jets & patriots who were televised anyway).
I knew Fuente secretly had Bucky playing punter.
And Whit stated in his recent interview with Sean Labar that VT probably needs to tinker with our soonest future schedules. Makes sense.
Same interview where he explains how we are in better position than most with future P5 opponents. I can see VT supporting the 8conf + 2 P5 voting bloc based on our future schedules with so many P5 teams often in the same year. We will move them around but even then, the years with ND will be so tough; I can't imagine another ACC game in those years plus our P5 slate..
I liked
"I'm gonna have to punt that one."
I think this is code for #GODSPUNTERSWAG
Great stuff Ryan, thanks.

Bucky: ON CHALLENGE OF PLAYING AS A RECEIVER AND A TIGHT END:
"It was a challenge this summer. In workouts I run with the receivers and I lift with the tight ends or the linemen. I feel like I can do anything coach asks me to."
This why you stay in college for another year.
I feel really bad for Missy Franklin. It has to be tough being favored and not even qualifying for the final.
Redskins
I'm happy for Kendall
But my heart aches.
Agree. The above statement should be boilerplate for transfers without egregious off-the-field issues.
There have been a good amount of misses in the virginia guys that went out of state as well. are the virginia recruiting grounds drying up? I feel like 4star talent typically has a higher success rate. Best of luck to minor in all things.
This would make sense if Brock Osweiler didn't just get a huge contract for playing half as well as Tyrod for half a season. Fact of the matter is he is providing starting quality QB play, a winning record as a starter, for 3m a year and it's unacceptable. Most backups make more than that.
I think it is more of the culture in the U.S. that makes us so powerful. As a child growing up in Virginia, every kid was pretty much expected to be on the neighborhood swim team. The kids who weren't were basically ridiculed for two months by the other kids. I'm guessing this is the case in many parts of the country. It is very easy to find the phenoms when a large number of kids are doing it. Other countries don't have that ability. I am sure that around the world there are many people who have the natural ability to dominate swimming but have never been in a swimming pool.
Attrition is part of college football, we are not the only ones dealing with it. I'm also wondering if these recruiting rating sites are overating some of these high schoolers.
Good luck to the young man.
From the outside looking in, he'd be a great candidate for the job previously by Kevin Jones.
Did any Hokies get in tonight? I didn't get to watch but a few mins of redzone.
At one point the IAFF clan could run against almost anyone. We all knew each other's moves and weapons styles, we had plans and strategies for each map it was great. 60 plus of us always a team to hop on and play with. Now we are all older with more kids and for some guys job promotions and we don't p,any as much, sounds like I have a Christmas gift idea.
Hey, easy there. Phelps already got the drugs out of his system with rehab, plus he's been known as a proponent for testing. No, he's the greatest.
Yep I think it's in November they're releasing the new "Infinite Warfare" which includes a remastered Modern Warfare for a total of $100. You can't buy them separately I don't think but I'm hoping I can buy the whole package and then sell the Infinite Warfare part of it cause all I care about is playing Call of Duty 4 and dropping kids on Backlot and Crash and Crossfire etc
I can't say I ever did PC gaming except for Red Alert.

I know it's supposed to be so much better but console worked well for the firehouse.
Michael Phelps is a machine
But watching this US Swimming dominance in Rio, maybe it's the cynic in me having seen what happened in baseball and with Lance Armstrong and Russia, and East Germany, and pretty much any other time you see someone start to dominate, I'm half wondering how long is going to take for the US Olympic doping scandal to break.
Hopkins brothers, Macho Harris, Sam Rogers (not highly touted) Corey Marshall, Blake DeChristopher, Augue Conte, etc would disagree.
Outside of Fisher, we also haven't gotten the pick of the litter the last five years out of the 804. Just about everyone went out of state In the past few years alone. Quite a few off field issue type players came through as well. Its tough but recruiting is indeed a hit or miss if you can't nab top talent.
This really sucks (considering I grew up in the 804). I hope he slams it somewhere else (we don't play against). I also hope we find more 3-5* athletes from the 804 to dispel the myth that it is not a commodity with NOVA & 757.
Don't be hating on RVA! I don't want to have to take my Hokie Colored RVA sticker off my car after losing all these 4 star Richmond kids. /s
Thankfully, Highland Springs (Macho, The Hopkins brothers, Noland Burchette), Hermitage (Duane Brown), and Deep Run (Antone Exum, Jack Click) have been good to us. I'm sure I'm missing a few others.
I personally can't speak to the competition level in Richmond as I don't follow high schools around here that closely, but I can't disagree with your assessment of NOVA and the 757. Those areas are much more populated than Richmond and have a bigger pool of kids to draw from.
The original Call of Duty for PC was by far the best.
Is it really?

except are best players on offense were 4 stars (on some sites at least) Ford, Hodges, Mcmillan, Teller. On defense ekanem and clark.
Being moved to whip is a kiss of death it seems.
