Did Cersei anticipate Tommens actions? As she is dressing, she seemingly is going to her trial......new, awesome.,..fancy duds. Then you see her at her coronation in the same Mad Queen outfit and think she knew her actions would lead to this.
I guess my curiosity is simply more subtle. Every incarnation of "Jaqen" that we have seen has been able to utilize any face, at any time (leaving Harrenhal, the one in the House of Black and White that drinks the poison before Arya is blinded sheds many faces) - is Arya simply using one face that she stole, or does she have the ability to use any? As I understand it, only "No One" can be a Faceless Man and use any face, at any time, without being poisoned by them. Arya states her name to Walder Frey before she kills him; she is not No One. Moreover, the Faceless Men are not allowed to kill anyone whose name they know (at least, in the books), so again, Arya knows Walder Frey yet she kills him - not an act of a Faceless Man. So, as you say, maybe Jaqen simply trained her to be an assassin but not a Faceless Man. That is entirely possible. But there's just something that seems inconsistent to me about the means to the end. She's Faceless, but not, and can maybe change her face without consequence?
There is also obviously a much larger plot going on; we first meet Jaqen after he was taken prisoner. If he's a Faceless Man, there's no way he gets captured. He was there for a reason, so yes, maybe this is all just one large plot to make Arya an assassin. But whose plot is it?

A lot of recent Camry ones are. And it is by design.

I wonder if we'll find out the angle Maergary was playing before her demise. She clearly was not into the faith as she was leading the high septon to believe. Could she have set up the meeting with her aunt and the sand snakes? But that would have meant setting up her family to go against the Lannisters which doesn't make a ton of sense.
She stole a face before she had finished her training, but she had the power to posses it. Again, I don't think Jaqen ever expected her to be a follower of the Faceless Man, rather to give her the skills she needs to kill those on her list. That is a way for a girl to serve the Faceless as well.
She learned how to take faces. that was shown. She learned how to use faces, that was also shown. The Hall of Faces is simply a repository for faces to be used, and it seems, as you pointed out, that one that has knowledge of the skill can and have taken them when needed. And if Jaqen could do it outside the Hall of Faces, then there is no reason not to believe Arya, who learned that skill, also could do it.

She stole a face, before she was ready to possess the power of it ("for someone, the faces are like poison"). And she was punished for it. Then, Jaqen says she is finally No One, at which point she peaces out. So does this mean that she actually finished the training and is magically able to change her face? How does one actually change faces, anyway? It's made to seem like you have to retrieve one from the Hall of Faces, but that doesn't actually always seem to be the case (e.g. when we first see Jaqen do it as he leaves Harrenhal).
It just seems like we're missing details. But again, as I've said before, expecting full details, continuity, etc. in a show that has dragons and ice zombies is not prerequisite for finding it enjoyable.

2) Dany going through Dorne...
3) Arya gaining the skills she needs to complete her list, but not actually a faceless...
4) Cersi blowing the Sept to high hell...
and now my speculations on the end:
Dany will become queen, Jon will be the ultimate savior but will die in the end (bittersweet ending). In the end, Dany will be Ruler of all, Sansa will be Queen of the North, Yara Queen of the West, Ellaria Queen of the South... and wait for it, Arya Queen of the Riverlands ... the lands between Dorne and Kings Landing not sure though. Tyrion will be given Casterly Rock and Briene will be the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, as recommended by Jamie. Not sure where he will end up though... yet.
coupled with a new jobbeing too busy making my "other videos", I have found my bandwidth has greatly decreased.

One of the ones that won't get as much pub. tomorrow, but the scene with Tyrion and Dany was fantastic. Just so many great moments.

You had me until number 4. Tommy Carcetti was a subpar mayor.
I wondered the same. She almost didn't even seem to be grieving when she saw Tommen's body. In the past, she feared the prophecy about her life, and it seems she has moved from resigning to the fact that it will happen to actively making it happen. She knew Tommen was going to die and this may have been a way to achieve that end. It seemed initially as if Zombie Mountain was keeping Tommen in his room to protect him; maybe he was there to force Tommen to see the only way out.
