Its up to the Cleveland management. He was not on the team when they won and I think it was Game 2 the TV announcing crew said it would be up to a vote of the Cleveland players to decide if he would get one. I believe the team orders the rings, not the NBA so the team can decide who gets one and who doesn't.
Post knee blow-out maybe not., but I seem to remember him running a sub 4.3 40 back in the day. I'd call that break away speed.
January 3, 2000: Sugar Bowl: VT vs FSU (National Championship)- Parent's living room, going nuts when we went up in teh 3rd quarter.
November 1, 2003: Miami vs VT- Front Row of the student section in the North End Zone, directly behind the field goals. Loudest I have ever heard Lane Stadium. My ears are still ringing from that game.
December 4, 2004: VT vs Miami- Watching the game at my apartment at The Village.
November 5, 2005: Miami vs VT- Still debating whether I should have accepted the $200 offered for my student ticket. But I was there. I drank myself stupid after this game.
September 8, 2007: VT vs LSU- From my apartment, wondering if we really should have pulled the shirt from Tyrod.
November 26, 2011: VT vs LOLUVa (38-0, bro)- At the game with my dad, in the middle of the Hoo-sitdown-section.
Wait-really? Seriously?
Damn, someone wants to be the next Mountain. Boy's got some beef!
That block james had with like 2 minutes left on iguodala was probably one of the top basketball plays I've ever seen...
Varajao does get a ring for being on the roster earlier this year.
If next week is anywhere near as good as this week, I can't wait !

The Winds of Winter are coming and it's going to get chilly !
I can't help but feel kinda bad that Verajao and Hughes weren't able to share in it.
So happy for LeBron and the city of Cleveland. Made history in many ways tonight.

A moment of silence for the great Wun Wun.
I guess I can forgive Greenberg now for not offering Steph Curry a scholarship.

So book readers, any chance that Sansa's character arc is merging with that of Lady Stoneheart's? I only know the gist of Lady Stoneheart, so I might be way off base. But I just had this weird feeling at the end when you see her eyes that that was not Sansa anymore.

So now the North doesn't have an Army and the Frey's and Lannisters have massive armies just South.
January 3, 2000: Sugar Bowl: VT vs FSU (National Championship) - In the bed with the flu. Terrible case. Last year that I got a flu shot. Watched the game, and coughed up a lung or two yelling in the 3rd qtr.
November 1, 2003: Miami vs VT- West stands, above the tunnel. Welcome to the Terror Dome. Holmes.
December 4, 2004: VT vs Miami - Cub Scout camping trip. Found the 4th qtr on the car radio.
November 5, 2005: Miami vs VT - West stands. Bought a sweet hoodie at the bookstore before the game. Still have it. I've never worn it since. Lots of bad, bad karma around that game.
September 8, 2007: VT vs LSU - Baton Rouge, Death Valley. Sorry Clemson. LSU is THE REAL Death Valley, as I thought I was going to die.
November 26, 2011: VT vs LOLUVa (38-0, bro) - Disney World. Poolside at the bar watching the game. That was an off day in our schedule, and it wasn't a coincidence.
LeBron just locked up his spot as a top two player ever.
That game 7 completely erased the fact that the majority of the games in these playoffs were less than spectacular. Awesome performance all around tonight by both squads.
point is, i think he deserved a lot more horrible things to be done to him
I don't know. Getting eaten by your own dogs has to be up there as a sucky death. I suppose they could've mutilated him a little more beforehand...he deserved it.
I mean i think i was on the opposite end of the spectrum and I'll agree, even if you think cleveland was gift wrapped game 5, it doesnt matter. Golden state had 2 other chances to come out and win and they didn't. They have nothing to complain about
People will. But Lebron wasn't going to be denied, and it helped that Irving and Love played great too
A LOT of people are gonna say that the NBA gifted the champ to Cleveland. But whatever the dialogue, curse is over. I anticipate a statue of Lebron to be built outside of Q Loans Arena in the likeness of MJ.
Good for you Lebron.
Guy had one of the single best Finals ever (after having a great one last year too). People will still hate him, but good for him.
Loved watching Kyrie punk Green too.

Yes. 1980-1990.
