Tough call (no pun intended), but I would have to say Texas. Like many others I tend to associate F$U with the National Championship more than the actual bowl itself. The Auburn and Michigan games were not as impactful, even if they were more recent.

Upon closer reflection, the Sugar Bowl against Free Shoes U should've been the first answer to pop up, given that it was my (redshirt) senior year at Tech and I actually attended the game, but in my mind, I always refer to it as the National Championship Game, rather than the Sugar Bowl. I had also completely forgotten that the Sugar Bowl was where we played both Texas and Auburn. I guess it goes to show that the memory does indeed gravitate toward the most recent occurrences first.
