Forty something (you said first answer) - 48 when I stop to do the math.

As much as he beat us, I love Steve. He was great for the game and a heck of a coach. One of the best trash talkers and characters there was. No one could give a backhanded compliment better. I could see him on a staff somewhere down the line as a consultant, maybe even in High School. Really hope that's the case, he's too good to be away from the game. I think he was getting some pressure at USC that he didn't like and just got tired of it.
Looks like he's going to Michigan. Hope he gets some playing time and doesn't sitkowski the bench for 5 years.
Do it! Get us some inside sauce.
If I was in 5th-9th grade I might start playing football just to attend
so..."VinTon?"
Better than a potential blindingly huge field of Orange on TV.
I hope that is a joke. The 47 is great position on the field, west side trumps east side anyday, and AA is not too low.
My friend has a copy of the woman in the VMI uniform that was a VERY brief fund raiser.

NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely - this sounds like an *excellent* idea!
Agreed! Great to keep that 757 trail hot.
Can't find a pic or anything of it, but in the early 90's there was a bumper sticker...
Virginia Tech. THE University, TECHnically speaking.
Kind of went hand in hand with the...
Women at the Citadel?!
What's next, men at UVA?!
hmmm my son doesn't play QB but im considering sending him to the camp anyways. he dabbled some in it last season but he starts at WR. hes a lefty and the coach put in some stuff rolling to the left and reverse passes for him and stuff. he entered the season as the #2 on the QB depth chart and got a lot of early work. but then when he realized he wasn't going to beat out the kid for the #1 spot he quickly asked to be moved back to WR. I still think it would be a good experience for him though.

Technically speaking.
At least the T is on top, where it belongs!
Agree. I think he's pulling the strings behind the majority of the bastard bowl happenings. Not sure what his end game is, but it'll be interesting.
Maybe they are just trying to combine elements as a nod to the two major schools in Virginia. Our old logo and UVa's color scheme. They are "Team Virginia" after all so appropriating the TV logo makes sense. Would it be better if they used UVa's logo with our orange and maroon. They could have just ignored us altogether and used UVA's logo.
Unfortunately, UVa's baseball program is far ahead of ours (for now) so I do not begrudge them patterning their youth team after them. If it was youth football, then I would be more concerned.
Death, plague, Armageddon, cats sleeping with dogs, the end of civilization as we know it. Alum07 is correct: There is no conceivable excuse for this unpardonable breach of ... of.... of... taste.
I have a feeling you're about to get that new thread you wanted.
EDIT: BOOM
awesome sauce on the camp. Just please don't extend any scholarship offers to 5th graders...
