In the Dunk and Egg stories there's a little more info given. He used to be basically the most evil person in Westeros, and exerted the kind of behind the scenes influence that makes Littlefinger and Tywin Lannister seem like amateurs. The entire reason he was sent to the wall was for having Aenys Blackfyre executed in order to clean up the succession picture. If he's the cause of the Mad King's madness (I'm skeptical), then it would have been entirely intentional. The hesitancy with Bran is likely more based on him wanting to exert authority over Bran, not that he's really concerned about Bran.

MoD, Tennessee fans may want to become more opened minded about non-Saturday games since the 2016-2017 NCAA Football National Championship is being held Monday, Jan. 9th, 2017 in Tampa, FL. The theory is, Bloodraven, who is a Targaryen, became the Three-Eyed-Raven. He also had abilities like Bran's (warging up for debate). Bran fucked up Hodor. Bloodraven fucked up the Mad King. That mistake, is why he is so hesitant to teach Bran too much, too quickly.

2% of "Reported" rapes are false accusations. Only 40% of rapes are reported. Do you want to also apply the false percentage to unreported rapes? We don't but, statistically we should, since its necessary to gather anonymous data (which would include false accusations), on rape in order to know how many go unreported. To clarify, I'm not disagreeing with your assertion that unreported rapes outnumber false ones (exponentially so), but I am disagreeing with the assertion of "very rare"-ness with respect to false accusations. Have you ever seen that 2012 meme with 1000 male figures in different colors to illustrate a standard sample? It erroneously assumes rapists are male, and erroneously assumes a 10% reporting rate, but the round number provides for easy analysis. 400 of those figures are reported rapists, 8 are falsely accused. Of the remaining 600, assuming the 2% false reporting rate (laughably low given anonymous reporting conditions and broad definitions used in surveys for 'rape,' and 'sexual assault'," that's 12 more falsely accused, A total of 20, for every 1000. Rare? Certainly. Very rare? 1:50 isn't very rare.

Since the BaB was announced, I've tried, very unsuccessfully, to talk about thier teams strenghts and weaknesses. The fan-base is as delusional as pick-your NFC-East team.
