I just think it's funny how UT fans are absolutely certain this is going to be their year. Yes, they had their best season in a while last year and a good bowl win. But I usually think before you get back into the national title conversation you should, you know, maybe at least win your division/conference title/get into a NY6 bowl game. Tennessee hasn't even won the SEC East since 2007. Maybe they are a national title contender this season, but I would focus on getting back into the SEC title picture before declaring you're the class of the SEC and going to the playoffs. It just seems like awfully big talk with little to show for it in recent history, IMO. Recruiting rankings don't win championships for you.

One mistake...

"Blessed to receive my _th offer from the University of ___________ (or __________ University." [insert the first couple images from Google Images]

so if there was a trophy for this "rivalry" (a la the black diamond trophy or the commonwealth cup), what would it be? The golden shine jug? The silver lifted pick up?

Whatever it is, it would be in Blacksburg right now so until that changes, UT fans should give some respect.

So let me get this straight. Because Yosh played snaps because our depth was so horrid that we had to play him that puts him ahead of the other 90% of all frosh OT's because their teams didn't have to play them? Is that really what you are trying to say? It's not as if he got a ton of snaps either and he only had to beat out a D3 transfer DT to get the snaps.

Yosh is extremely raw. He was getting by on his athleticism which is definitely well above average if not close to elite for an OT.

What's your point? Nijman played more snaps than 90% of all frosh OT's - prep, redshirt or true.

For an undersized OT, Nijman acquired himself reasonably well at times and not as well at other times. But most frosh would get destroyed at OT - both from a physical and mental standpoint. If you want extremely raw, look at those other frosh. Otherwise calling a frosh OT "extremely" raw is like calling water wet because they must all be extremely raw.

I think that would be mighty unfair to some really good Caribbean teams - Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Haiti have very solid programs and I'd hate to see them shunted to the side (especially at a time in CONCACAF where the competition is getting much better across the board).

But hey, it'd be a mighty fun federation, though it would likely see the USA missing the World Cup more often.

Yeah, it was completely different for the public sale. You bought and paid in full for your tickets. Since then, I've received confirmation of my order and have confirmed full payment with BMS, but no information at all regarding parking.

Perhaps, but I like to think that the events would still have happened and the only outcome of that was his paralysis. But you can also put the death of the two farm boys that Theon burned on him as well.

Awesome. Dude is just nasty.

...not looking forward to playing against him again..

True, but Mike London did manage to snag a few top recruits.

Seemed like he had some propaganda going.

When you talk about branding your team with a uniform, Croatia does it well. This is one team that I always recognize on the pitch.

hasn't helped with recruiting that I've noticed. People don't really care that we are beating a terrible team and it's not as if UVA is our direct competition with the top kids in state.

devon hunter seems to be the best shot, but appears to be head to head against Clemson. No 5*s this cycle unless hunter was to get a bump.
