Seriously has there been a better out of state high school to us since 2000? That's a killer list of players for any HS, let alone a non power house 1000 miles away.

Mostly right, but Bloodraven wasn't really the cause for dispute, and certainly wasn't a traitor. Aenys Blackfyre, a member of the split Blackfyre line, essentially wanted to lay claim after Maekar died, even though Egg (Maekar's son) was still rightfully next in line. After three Blackfyre rebellions, Bloodraven was basically tired of the family's BS, and had Aenys killed in the Red Keep despite having promised him safe conduct to participate in the Great Council. He did this for the good of the realm. But King Egg rightly charged him with murder, sentenced him to death, but let him choose the wall, where he eventually became Lord Commander, serving for twelve years before ditching during a ranging to go become a tree.

Yeah, that sums it up. I was recalling facts quickly; the entire Targaryen history could fill books on its own (and to some extent, has done just that).
IIRC, it's a bit more nuanced than "disputed the line of succession." He had a whole brood full of bastard half-brothers who also claimed the throne and he protected it for Maeker and his heirs. He was eventually sent to the wall because he killed one of his half brothers, familial killing being a big no-no and all, but he did so in order to protect his other half brother (Maeker) and his heirs.
So a terrible guy only by context. A really good guy if he was protecting your line of succession. But eventually, sent to the wall because of violating taboo as much as anything.

It's just not an appealing color scheme. The design isn't awful, just rather bland. But the colors and the "WYO" just kinda don't work for me.

Actually I dig this a bit, there isn't much to it. They have a very unique color palette, so they're going to look a little weird and quite different. It's no O&M but it'll do.
It is logistically difficult, but I would truly like to see us try to schedule a PAC12 or Big12 team every couple of years. Home and homes are great but a single neutral site in like a Dallas, KC, or StLou would help.
They must have some pretty decent players in Ga.
247 has Chandler as a .90 4* and he's rated the 29th best player in the state.
