What a sad/great reveal for Hodor. Really would have never seen that coming in a million years, but it made "sense"....and also reveals that Bran is one powerful figure. (Beyond the obvious that he is a green seer, etc. it opens up possibilities for a number of things...the Wall was built by Bran the Builder, for example)
As the producers mentioned in the bit after the show, the TER was "downloading" his memories and abilities to Bran quickly. The biggest difference is now that Bran is mobile in a manner of speaking.
yeah after rewatching it i think i get it a lot better now, which just makes it even worse
That's the thing. He must have seen it. He must have known. He kept repeating Hodor to remind himself of his one single purpose in life: to hold that door. Hodor was a selfless man. And the type of hero that is rather blatantly absent from Westeros.

With Syracuse as the cross over, seems manageable. Would have been nice on the even year with GT and Miami at home, but I guess the home schedule is already good enough with Michigan and Notre Dame.
5 years into the future we're wondering why that is the one year we don't have ECU on the schedule....
*sigh*
26 rebounds is more than a good game. It's a classic performance. I know Biyombo isn't Wilt. Biyombo probably wouldn't start on half the NBA rosters. But he has been consistently grabbing rebounds and blocking shots since the Miami series now. I don't expect the series to go past 5 games, but a Valanciunas return could possibly get them 1 more win, especially if Lowry finally shows up and DeRozan keeps it going. Cavs are clearly the superior team, though.
10-13.
They did it so that someone would notice, bring it up on a message board, and people could whine about playing ECU some more.
Just by curiosity if we had a similar poster, how many players would be in it? Go football roster gods do you magic! And are the ones pictured starters or bench warmers too?

The cobia hearing for Virginia is in Newport News on Tuesday. I will be there prepared to offer public comment. Let's hope I don't get arrested.
do you think hodor had any inkling of what was about to happen?

Noooooooo
Does anyone know what our in conference schedule will be to go with it that year? Will that also be one of the rare years we actually play Clemson or FSU?
I didn't want to know why he said it that badly!
Fuck this show. I quit.
But really, really well done on their part. I can't imagine anyone watching not getting emotional in that last ten minutes. I thought last week was about the best episode yet. This one was at least twice as good.
Take it for what it's worth but I think that falls on the head coach. Having lived in Knoxville through the Derek Dooley to Butch Jones transition -- the difference in alumni outreach and involvement is night and day.
Pretty ambitious scheduling of you ask me.
Because apparently not a single direwolve can survive the show. Only two left.
Why did Summer have to die? Then Hodor dies. I'm crying. I'm not even lying.
This episode blew my mind several times over.
Because there is no better leadership than neutral leadership....wait no that's not right.
So Hodor= "Hold the door".
Most in Columbus were decent, some were assholes, some were welcoming. OSU has a large contingent of bandwagon losers who give the real alumni a bad rap, I was using them as a starting point to make the example of how bad the cousin's fanbase can be.
