While I'm generally of the opinion that student-athletes should finish their degrees before going pro (especially if they're Hokies), I think Kendall probably made the best decision. I don't know much about micro-fracture surgery, but what little I've read seems to indicate that full recovery is questionable. If he re-injures himself this year in the NFL and never regains his form, at least he has that one NFL contract in the bank. If the same were to happen at VT next year, he might never make an NFL paycheck. From what we all know about the Fuller family, it seems likely that if he doesn't pan out in the NFL, he'll finish his degree and still be successful at life, with a nice little nest egg already started.

I am ok with or without the stripes. They never really bothered me that much. The new stripes may be a subtle nod to the Corps though as they almost reflect an exaggerated version of rank insignia on military uniforms... or maybe not...

I think many people share this opinion on the uniforms. The shoulder stripes are attempting to maintain a very uneven grasp on a "retro" look on an otherwise modern uniform design. Drop the shoulder stripes and we have a very sharp, modern uniform. Either way, I just want to win more football games.

so I'm guessing that this week you'll be setting the weekly format for content output we can expect during the season? Hokie Tracks on Mondays? Good start IMO

Also, I'm with you on the uniforms. I don't like the stripes on the shoulders at all. Just makes something seem off. Not a fan of that. I think without those stripes, these uniforms would look really damn sharp!

^^^^THIS RIGHT HERE^^^^

I had no idea that so many TKP'ers were privy (or demand their right to be) to the content of the private medical conversations and decisions made between KF11, his parents, the MDs treating him, and the FB staff.

Did it cost him, probably so. But you can guarantee that numerous extended conversations were had amongst the necessary parties before he stepped back onto that field.

HIPPA is in place for reason and some of these folks on here are just solidifying why. Just because he plays for your favorite college's football team doesn't automatically grant you exclusive access to his medical records and the personal life decisions he makes.

With the Skins already having two studs at corner, this is a solid spot for Kendall to land with no pressure of going up against the opposing #1 or 2 WRs as a rookie (unlike Kyle, who still did well as a rookie). Hope he takes his time getting on to the field

Perhaps because there are already so many theories out there with R+L=J and such, but I'm far more interested in finding out why Hodor can't talk anymore haha.

East Stands Sunburn on the left side of your face gets an A+

Fireman, what I did last year was check out the website in the weeks leading up
to selection and see what's available. Obviously, less and less were as the
date approached. But it still gives you a good idea and you're ready when your
slot arrives.

There will also be a letter sent out this week.

I also think the way they are handling Bran's arc had a ton of potential and is a great tool to give us some more history without seeming cliched.

Bran's vision is the first time we've seen Lyanna Stark. I'm thinking this is a key moment. Especially if you're of the belief that Jon Snow is her kid - This could be discovered/communicated to/through Bran to Jon or others.

Most of this is rumor based on #sauces. While it may be true, no one can confirm it yet. That's what all of the town hall meetings they have scheduled will confirm (or rebuke).

It is. If you miss it, someone will call you. If you miss that, you get the seats picked for you.

That would be awesome, and I can see how the producers might be setting us up for that. Ramsey is at a point where he has no redeeming qualities, Sansa's arc is one of completely being beaten down (and some would argue it's been done to excess) and they're clearly complete opposites. It would be no sweeter justice to me than to have Jon bring Ramsey to heel on the battlefield, have Sansa ride in, and reclaim the North. She'll kill Ramsey in a moment that echoes her father: "The one who passes the sentence should swing the sword."
