When I read this, I don't find myself saying "How could you be so dumb to do this?!", I find myself saying "How could you be so dumb to get caught doing this?!" You have to be pretty dumb to get arrested for possession. That means you walked out of your home with drugs on you, and chose to do something that gave a police officer a reason to search your person.
They might improvise since they are college students. Go off campus.

Coming back from a party, getting ready to hop to another, had to get off at Burress to wait for the next bus. Had the sudden urge to take a piss, decided it was a good idea to piss on Burress Hall building. A drunk tank night and a couple AA classes later, I was free!

I do find it amazing that ONLY 3-4 kids that choose to go to Tennessee choose to "go all out" -- Of course, since I only really follow my school, I am completely unaware of the goings-on at other schools and thus consider myself unqualified to assess the recruiting of other schools' recruits...
