What holds us back is poor showings against top-10 or top-15 teams, like against all of out good ACC road foes, WVU, Iowa State, and of course, the loss against Alabama State is a terrible loss. I really don't see a way the committee would let us in the way we play good quality teams away from home, even though we have been very hot lately. Still a fantastic job by Buzz and co. Not many people expected them to get this far.

I have heard so much hype about those north east ones like trillium and tree house, I just wish they were easier to get my hands on. Have to agree that 3 floyds are great, almost everything they make is delicious.

Yes I think win today and two ACC tourney wins puts us on bubble for NCAA. That would add 2 wins against top 10 teams and should give us a boost, plus the committee likes hot teams at season end - I think we qualify. Teams like Ohio State, Vanndy are down by 20 losing big. We would need help from teams like this playing themselves off the bubble and of course a limited number of smaller conference surprise tourney winners. Likely probably not but until we lose I think we are going to Win!

That was fun to watch. As was Wolfsburg-Borussia M'gladbach. Glad Arsenal tied it though. Now Leicester needs to put Watford away to go 5 points clear.

Edit: according to Wikipedia, the local ACC network is The CW.

Not saying you're wrong, but does anyone know what VCU's RPI was the year they got in ahead of us and Colorado and made the Final 4? No one was even talking about them that year.
They are also delaying spring practice now also. And his son who was the OC was also fired.

It is an ACC Network game. If you are in ACC country, it would be on a local station. The Pitt game is at 2 pm, my local MyTV (in NY) is showing both back to back presumably as an ACC net double header.
They may show on ACC digital online or app, but I don't know.
VT is still 95 RPI you can't reall sniff the bubble until you are in the 50s. Even 3 more wins isn't going to push us into bubble territory

Their basketball team essentially had one starter that was ACC caliber. They have two others that missed most of the season with injuries. I think they have nine freshmen on the roster and none really the caliber that Buzz managed to recruit. Just a recipe for disaster.
