i get that!

an albright is a bit of an operation. hence, the carrying of extra rods and leaving the re-tying of leaders to when/if i sit down for lunch..or when i get home.

i do it because the knot has to pass through the ferrule on the rod tip. even using minimal wraps and super good scissors, it still gets caught on occasion

Hopefully traffic will be fine today, since most people were told to stay home and/or were released from work hours ago.

I like the crock pot method as it is easy, but the over low and slow makes much better barbecue in my opinion. Lately, i've been doing a yellow mustard base, and then putting the seasoning on the outside. The mustard cooks away in the over, and leaves a nice 'bark' on the outside. Key to a nice bark is the right amount of brown sugar I believe.

You can expect dc to get more than 20" probably close to 30" the dry slot ought to be done by then.

As a snow enthusiast now sitting peacefully at home with no plans to leave for a couple of days, is the dry slot going to miss DC? Is DC still expected to get 2+ feet?

I haven't been to Ocelot yet, though have had plenty of their beers already. I'm not much of an IPA drinker, more onto Malts. Though one of my clients is doing some magical stuff with hop forward beers.

Man, I hope you didn't get all the way up here. NBC just announced that the game has been postponed.

Schools also may have different core class requirements. For example, here are VT's - the big sticking point for us is usually the third year of math.

Academic Requirements for Freshmen
Before you can be considered for freshman admission, you must complete:

18 units of high-school course work
4 units of English
3 units of math (includes algebra I, geometry, and algebra II)
2 units of laboratory science (chosen from biology, chemistry or physics)
2 units of social science (one must be history)
3 additional academic units (foreign language is highly recommended)
4 elective units

Sorry I didn't respond sooner, I haven't been on the past 24 hours or so. The people I was referring to are hometown people from down here. Guys who have always had a thing against VT, and felt Trey wasn't being used enough. Same people tried to get in David Wilson's ear but he wasn't having it. (Dan River HS is on the outskirts of Danville, DW4 played for GW). To be clear, I'm not saying Trey capitulated to them, but I hate that these people feel like they won and influenced him. One of these guys is a "coach" who I have zero respect for and had been harping to Ferrell for years that Trey would be NFL bound anywhere else. As if there was some conspiracy to keep him off the field and had nothing to do with injury.

yes and no.. just because a kid gets cleared from the NCAA doesn't mean he meets the schools standards.

Using chart above lets say my GPA is 2.4 and my SAT is 950. I am a Qualifier according to the NCAA. However School of Rock requires students with a 2.4 GPA to have a SAT score between 1100-1800.

Technically I will not be accepted based on the school requirements however schools tend to use a fluctuating scale because shit happens.

Exactly. My guess is that Frank is wearing VT gear at the camp too. It's not much, but some VT presence to dilute the B1G message is better than no presence at all.
