Just thinking that Michael Brewer's Number 12 was prophetic for this game. Brewer's play may not have been a thing of beauty, but just like last year against the Hoos, he hung tough. 12 For 12!!! I like it!

I'm just here to say: suck it, Hoos. I'm so happy for Beamer Co. getting to go out of the regular season this way. Bowl streak still alive. Decade of Dominance II: 2/10 complete. Bourbon on, my Hokie brethren!
Like I said, scruffy beard Brewer will pull through for us!

There were 6th graders at the game with a sign "not in my lifetime". Glad to know it continues
Loved the Sam Rogers TD. Loved that Joey Slye redeemed himself by being money all day. Loved that rugby scrum push for eight yards when it should have only been one or two.
Excited for our future. So very grateful for Frank and all the years we have had together.
Love Hokie Nation. Never thought 6-6 could feel this blissful.

Caleb, Fisher, Mckenzie, Minor, Nijman, Clarke, Reid, Reavis. He is averaging 2 4* star recruits a year what other coach on our staff recruits so well? I get that a lot of those recruits haven't panned out, and he hasn't shown much as a RB coach to but to call him an underwhelming recruiter is silly
And still there's never been a Facebook post about UVA beating VT in football.

I honestly just want a bit of a refresh on offense. Move Shane to ST/LB, keep Foster, Gray, and Wiles. Remainder of staff up to Fuente. That gives him 5 assistants/OC to hire.

Fuente needs to feel free to hire or fire any coach on this staff. Since he is the new HC, it must be done with his agreement. IMHO, Shane should try to get a job somewhere else, otherwise the rumors of his keeping the job because of his last name, fairly or not, will keep nipping at his heels.

It's not the same as a Shayne Graham last second winner against the 'Eers, or Logan on 4th down against Miami in 2011, or Tyrod to Dyrell vs Nebraska but that Chuck Clark pick will be one of the most memorable plays in the Beamer era. I can't describe why because the entire game was just different, but I'll never forget it.
I was afraid that this was something that would be what I missed. So not sold on Allen. It gets worse by the game. These are habits not rust. He doesnt even shoot the three like Smith could.
