QB coach. Great coaching tree and has taken Miss St as far as it can go. Sounds good to me, how is his personality and dealing with the community?

But at what point does Mullen decide he's had enough? You have to imagine that he's tired of butting his head up against the wall known as the SEC West. Whether it's the insane level of competition or the talent disparity that exists, there is a glass ceiling for him at Mississippi State. After spending five weeks at No. 1 and finishing 10-3 last season, his team was picked to finish last in the West. And really, what more do you need to know than that?

Edit: I'm sold

The Mullen's door is open to Mississippi State football players "365 days a year, the rest of our lives," she says. When quarterback Dak Prescott lost his mother to cancer a year ago, Megan and Dan accompanied him to her funeral. When running back Josh Robinson needed advice on what kinds of gifts to buy his two sisters and girlfriend, he came to Megan. The players call her "Mama Mullen".

I forget how much I despised Winston until I see his clips again. I don't know him, but there is a clear indication in his character from his many actions and I would be ashamed to have had him on my team.

This would very much be the Whit kind of hire. Get someone who nobody is expecting, and do something that makes everyone step back and question their own understanding of our place in the sports world.

Poach a head coach from a SEC program that was ranked #1 last year? Yeah, that would do it.

I up-voted you, but only because I'm at least as guilty as anyone. Ha!
Now leave me the @#$% alone.

;)

looks at past employers and see's Mississippi State-> Athletic Academic Counselor on it.. I might have a few connections.

P.S-> not saying its happening 100% but there is definitely a ton of interest and Mullen has/is looking for a place to go. He think's he's done everything he can at current place and wants to find another place/home with "stability and a legit path to conference championships and the playoff 4"

It probably was, but I'm pretty sure that Frank still realizes that it probably wouldn't have given the program the best look if he didn't do anything about the situation.

Mihota getting his first start against his brother's old school.

Its sad to think of what Dadi's senior season could have been if he wasn't Lobster Boy. I really thought he could push 15 sacks this year.
