Not a great dancer. If Frank is a seven. Dan is a 3 or 4. Really needs to cut loose and find his rhythm. Very scripted... kinda like "do I have to do this?" Might have daughters who can make a guy in his mid 40s self conscious about his dancing.

which would be the norm now a days for HC's in the FBS. do well enough for a couple years and you inch up the food chain.
I was in a state of shock when he did it. In certain situations, regardless of how upset you are, it's second nature not to act a certain way or perform a certain action. Putting your hand on a ref during a sporting event as a player in a harmful way is one of those things.
I'm just glad Dadi didn't see the replay of the 'catch' that won the game. He might have cleaned Ron Cherry's bell...
Hopefully, especially if LSU opens up like expected. Time is certainly of the essence.

Ideally, they'll do conference realignment. I think for it to work, ND and Navy would have to be in the same division since ND also plays BC every year
Getting recruits to Starkville is probably pretty difficult, even though it's an SEC school.
It's really hard to say how good any coach at the most desirable schools are at recruiting. Is Smart a good recruiter or does the Bama brand make it that easy? Seems to me that even Les Miles could luck his way into a good recruiting class because of LSU's location, conference, recent success etc.

That being said, if Miami does something crazy like bring in Chip Kelly and we bring in someone like Mullen, it would quickly get to where everyone thought it would be back in 2003.
lol and I'll edit to add on to your edit. I agree with the outlook for next year. We get a competent offensive mind here and we get him able to maximize our talent, we could be pretty good and a serious contender for the Coastal. We have the pieces in place to have a potent offense. Unfortunately, its being handled by a bunch of buffoons.
that's the beauty of SEC schools.. tons of JUCO's in the area with tons of talent along with a more lenient academic process to get in.
CJ Reavis will end up in SEC for sure, he unofficially visited Ole Miss a couple weeks ago and was seen at Bama as well.

I am not either, but I have to interject that comment when some fans are just trying to blame the offense. It is a team game and like a lot of our games this year, it was a team loss. No side was perfect. They played hard.
No, this is hilarious. Fournette is the only offense LSU has had at all this year. The kid is a beast. To use him as an example of Miles' offensive coaching ability is truly laughable.
I'm not disagreeing with you at all. Just pointing out that the ACC Coastal is pretty bad this year. Really bad, actually.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the next coach, whoever it is, comes in next year and goes 9-3 with losses to Tennessee, UNC and Notre Dame. Those are easily the toughest match ups on our schedule and I'm pretty sure any coach we hire can manage that type of season. The rest of our schedule is a cake walk because this division is terrible right now.

I think this is 100% deserved. Seeing it in the stands I didn't think much of it. After seeing the replay and the vine that resurfaced after the game, all I can do is facepalm and say "What the hell were you thinking?" It sucks but I think it's definitely the right decision.

There's a lot of half truths and exaggeration. If anyone on here has questions about what MV life is actually like, I can answer, and I bet there are other MVs on here that would be willing to answer questions as well.
Here is a short version of what an MV will do. Yes there is a band camp that is about 12 hours a day the number of days it is varies based on what you'll do in band and if you are leadership, a new member, or a returner. I never saw anyone pass out and it's not nearly as serious once you're a returner. During the season in a busy week practice is monday through friday 5:30-7:00pm and if you have an academic class you go to that. In a non busy week well usually get 1-2 of those days off. The only thing high school football related that the band does usually is take a smallish group of MVs and play for the Craig County High School. It's actually a fun gig, the fans treat us well. This year I think they did something else too the day after the NC State game at high school marching band competitions I assume(this is my first year not in the MVs since 2011). The only other obligation is the 7-9 VT football games you get to go to.
