We've got a seriously delusional and intellectually questionable fan base if we're balking at Les Miles.
I mean, if you want any sort of #sauces, the closest I've gotten is a like on Twitter from Whit's wife regarding a tweet someone sent me saying that they doubt Whit is hiring RichRod. That's the best I've got.
EDIT: Ignore every bit of that. I'm an idiot and it's just someone else with the last name Babcock who lives in the Roanoke area, not Whit's wife. Though she might be family of his based upon content of her tweets.

That's how I feel about recruiting - excitement about a commitment!... that ends in decommitment, transfer, dismissal, or underwhelming on-field performance. I'll get excited when I see an actual accomplishment.

# | Per Football Scoop: Rich Rod out of the running. Larry Fedora "strong candidate". Show me a non-delusional fan base and I'd bet that school isn't sniffing contention in their conference. All fanbases are crazy in their own special way.
The argument could be made that Frank should have retired a few years ago. It was time. ADs need to make head coaching decisions based on the future, not past performance. A 69 year old coach that is overseeing a team with slipping performance on the field and mediocre recruiting needs to be on the hot seat, no matter who they are.

That whole "if offered" part is the hang up. Southern Cal thinks too highly of themselves to hire a guy with one year of HC experience, regardless of his other qualifications.

Man I used to think that Whit was masterminding all of the rumors to gauge the responses of the fanbase and potential coaches but honestly he really doesn't have to. Us crazy fans just do it for him.

Mike London probably won't be fired, though, he should be. Steve Adazio has worked with Loeffler before and he badly needs an offense. Loeffler is certainly not the best OC in the game but he's good enough to be an upgrade for BC and he will be cheap enough for them to snag.
French, as I've reported to you, schoolie action remains spotty here in the middle Chesapeake Bay area, with a few keepers mixed in with a lot of really little fish. Trolling the right stuff, umbrellas, stretch plugs, etc. are bringing some in, casting and jigging with bucktails and swim shad (paddletails) have been also taking fish. Birds are on the fish, but the concentrations of fish are small and making for less than stellar action. Hoping for better schools in the near future as the water cools.
Been that way for a while which makes us all sad... at least we have buzzketball to fall back on for entertainment uhh well kind of
