Agree to disagree. Grimes is the run game coordinator for a team that had Fournette as the lead dog for the Heisman the first half of the season.
there's a joke to be made here, but I'm not sure it's worth the downvotes...
Especially ones with younger brothers that are even better than them. ie. The Fullers

# | ESPN Article: "Edmunds brothers last in long line of siblings to play for Frank Beamer" We should focus our recruiting efforts on good players that have younger brothers.
Fuente + Foster = Murray State connection @ VT
not interested in seeing Fedora as HC for us...
True, but Id say the RR hate has more to do with off the field issues much like warrented hate if Bret Bielema (Seriously, Who gloats like that after a win), Rex Ryan, Lane Kiffin were up for the job.
I also hope we get passionate Buzz instead of laid back Buzz, sometimes players need a kick in rear to bring out the best. Last week we didn't seem to have a lot of fire.
this was the much more clever response. Leg
I want ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Larry Fedora.
(Unless he actually starts wearing a trademark Fedora... then I could possibly come back to the table.)
Adamantium #marinades have informed me that Bear Bryant has been raised from the dead, exchanged his houndstooth hat for Beamer's sombrero and will be announced after we wallop UVA.
Because nobody actually knows what they're talking about and #SEC
I love the way Fuente conducts himself, I believe he is worth the risk.
#2 is a number 2 from everything I have seen and heard about him

Not to take anything away from the other candidates (except maybe RichRod), but Campbell seems very Beamer-esque off the field. He's certainly impressive on the sidelines as well and I'm glad they rebounded from the loss to NIU. I'm interested in what he does with his career wherever he ends up.

Then go buy one of these...

people disgusted at the idea of Les Miles/Mark Richt/JOHN HARBAUGH/MIKE TOMLIN!!!
COME ON!
interesting that you didn't include RichRod in there...
From the article:
The primary reason Morris will stay on the Hilltop is purely economic. The Mustangs' head coach has three years remaining on his contact, worth $2 million per year. Some quick math reveals that it would take a $6 million buyout from South Carolina to SMU in order to secure Morris' services,
Umm, I'm not doubting the author (looks to be a student) knows how to do math. I am doubting the author knows how contracts work. Because, that's not how a buy-out clause works.
That buyout number is not right, whoever wrote that article just took his contracted salary and assumed that a buyout is equal to future pay in contract. This of course is very rarely (if not ever) the case.
#StickItInRichRod?
A fork, I mean.
Nice Article. Success is important, but I think its clear from the fanbase that the coaches character plays a really important role for the VT hire, maybe thats how all schools are, but I dont know, we've never done this before.
I just know for me, and maybe its from so many years watching Frank, but I would take a 9 win coach who has class and integrity over a class-less National Champion Coach. #urban
Such a bizarre story surrounding that man and his wife. Worth a read, if you have time to kill:

It seems like the top 3 choices are Fuente, Fedora, and Morris. I'd be thrilled with any one of them, especially if Bud sticks around.

i'm fine with either Fuente or Morris if they keep Foster; i couldn't care less about RichRod. as for Fedora, still trying to figure him out...
