As noted in the Amherst case, even the accused has redacted his name. Trust me you do not want your name and rape(or any kind of sexual misconduct) searchable on the internet. In this situation, C.J. has no opportunity to do such a thing. We are not even sure what happened but if it involves anything sexually related, it is best to keep it under wraps for his own well being.

In addition too whatever occurred this time, he was charged with felony hit and run, driving without insurance, failure to obey a traffic sign in '13. Mr. Turk represented a m and he was charged with a misdemeanor with a $100 fine.... I imagine he didn't or doesn't have much room to mess up.

I remember him leaving, he's a big dude, I met him at the fan meet n greet last year. Glad to see he's back, and obviously in shape and ready. Linebacker being thin, another old, extremely athletic guy in there is awesome

The first embed is what the song is. What is crazy is that it sounds like the song in the second embed. Song used, Position Music. Identical song Twelve Titans Music. How i figured this out was I was mixing a trailer song over the weekend that used the second one (Twelve Titans). At first I was like crap im using the same song. 1:03 mark in the second embed sounds like that composer either switched teams, or straight up stole from embed one (or visa versa). Very similar music from two different composers. In fact you can almost que them up together and it sounds like one song. Glad i was able to make that connection before I got too far.

Thought I would share. Both great arrangements. And Good video

The Constitution only applies to the government. Institutions of education, even public, have been shown to be exempt time and time again. College tribunals have been violating due process for years and they have been upheld most of the time with a few cases making headway in recent years.

I mean he could say whatever the hell he wants about his case. The 1st Amendment doesn't protect him from the school or other party from coming after him for violations of whatever terms he agreed before or after his tribunal or appeal.

Which is why since I'm thinking that since this isn't criminal, there has to be something either involving another person that can be protected or he's just trying to come off as innocent to not hurt his reputation.

Hahaha, I had a buddy who took 13 stitches to the fivehead falling down those stairs. I lost 2 gf's in TOTS, one because I had too many rails, and one because I had too many rails. Wait....

While I get your point, I think we have less uncertainties this year as we have a QB and RB that are known quantities, unlike last year. Samuels is a known commodity as well and should prove capable at H back. WR is more of a question mark, I grant you that. Overall I think we enter this game a more complete team than last year.

I seem to remember Bud Foster talking very highly of him in the offseason when he was on the team. D-mac I think was his nickname. I'm curious what the circumstances of his exit and return are. But as we always say, minor setback for a major comeback!

Well, we went from "How do we replace Hyde" to "Carlos who?" By the end of the season and had from losing a Heisman candidate QB to another one getting Heisman talk to 12 Guage. Losing Bosa hurts, as does our best deep ball caliber WR, but I am pretty confident some of the backups will do well. Samuels is a legitimate threat at ah back with Zeke at RB. Whoever starts at QB will be God Err, good as well. Judging our team by that game is as wrong as judging yours by how your season progressed. I think it will be a close game but we have some depth to fall back on despite the suspensions.

I met my girlfriend and broke up with her all in one sitting (standing) one time lol That gif definitely brings back memories of hokie house specifically though.

In other news for those who haven't taken that fateful trip recently, they've since replaced THE stairs with a safer drunk-friendlier version. I can't seem to find a picture of them however.
