Conspiracy theory:
My guess is it was a prank/hazing that went too far. Probably something a little gross, maybe involving bugs or rats or bodily fluids or something in someone's dorm/on school property. Something that is technically breaking in and/or vandalism, but really just a prank that went too far.
This would explain why Turk hasn't publicly discussed the allegation (b/c it would be a little weird/offensive to some, thus damaging CJ's reputation), would explain why the school handled it (because it happened in a dorm/classroom/on campus) and would explain why law enforcement isn't involved (because it wouldn't be that big of a deal). Potentially, the "victim" (assuming this prank was directed at an individual - not necessarily the case) was someone with connections (parents are donors or something).
No #sources, 100% speculation, but it definitely fits the bill.

Michael Scott went from being a Sales Rep. to a Regional Manager. From selling a product to managing people. Two completely different jobs.
Now, I'm not saying going from DC to HC doesn't have differences but in a general sense, a Def. Coordinator has to manage the defensive staff and the defense. Becoming a HC would still be in the same category of his previous experience, just a lot more responsibilities.
I'm pretty sure there are plently left. There are still a lot of season tickets you can buy. Make sure you are logged in to your hokie club account.

Huh, that might explain a kid in one of my classes back at Blue Ridge who kept bringing up how he attended 'University of Maryland-College Park.' That's how he always said it, and reminded us plenty of times throughout the semester. I thought he was just being pretentious. Well, he probably was but still.

If we had gotten smashed last year, then yeah roll on.... But we handled them last year. I'm not saying were gonna do the same thing, but reality has gotta be there.
Dually noted. It's refreshing to see rational thought brought into the discussion. I of course wear O&M glasses and am cautiously optimistic, but it's clear to me that OSU has the more talented team. I think this is a game where a turnover or two or some special teams snafus will be the difference. Just don't see either team being dominated, though if it's a massacre I don't think it will be in our favor.

No one's ever had the reputation of Bud either. It's like Gene Chizik - bad HC, but still a good DC. IF he (Foster) doesn't end up here he'd end up somewhere else.

That's not true at all. In 14 seasons Georgia's won at least 10 games 9 times and never missed a bowl. And for much of that time the SEC East was the more powerful division thanks to them and Florida. You could say he's under achieved given the talent level and resources of a place like Georgia, but they've been consistently good.
