You can't deny the fact that he's going to get hit more as an H-back than he ever will as a quarterback. And while he is big enough to handle it, he did have a pretty serious injury. I do think Braxton Miller was easily a top 10 athlete in college football before getting injured, and by mid-season he will be able to handle that role, but against Tech, I'm not so sure.

I wouldn't really go that far. They claim they want to put an emphasis on conference champs. I think any definitive Power 5 champs have a sort of decent shot of going, even if they are two loss teams. Especially if they have strong OOC wins. Especially if no one escapes the regular season unscathed. A 2-loss bama who beats Wiscy, wins the SEC, and barely loses two games could go if another Power 5 champ has an embarrassing loss.

You have to remember a Big 12 Champ isn't a complete guarantee since they might not have a "true" conference champion and one sharing the title with the team that lost to them might make them miss it.

And hey, happy birthday. Regardless of the commits, it's your mofokin birthday, so happy makin' it to the next year that may be your last because life is so damn strange and unpredictable and weird that you may not make it to tomorrow and those of us that do may not give a damn about your demise, even if we care enough to give you space here on TKP to tout the fact that you have gotten another year older. Did I really say that?

I never understood this logic at all. Why should I have to give up tons of personal information to authorities just because I'm accused of something. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't just hand over my phone full of personal messages, calls, emails, pictures, etc to authorities to do whatever they want with it. Especially when I had the cell company hand over everything they wanted.

This whole thing has started to reek of a NFL attempt to set precedent to erode player rights and due process for any reason the organization feels appropriate without any substantial evidence. Yes, it's not a government entity, but I doubt you'd want to have to turn over your personal computer, phone, or home records to your job just because they have a suspicion you might be implicated in something at work.
