Ehh, I don't know, Louis CK and Amy Schumer still have jobs. Doesn't get much worse than them with the lack of PC. That being said, I don't have a problem with it, I know what to expect when I am watching them. Just like I know what to expect when I listen to Colin Cowherd. What I dont like about the whole situation is that, IMO, these are the comments that in the past have been solved with an apology of "I did not mean to offend anyone by my comments, I should have picked a better example, I am very sorry." I agree with everyone above, we are getting very soft as a country.
It's from Barstool.
Interesting take. I wonder how the ACC views its partnership with ESPN down the road.
I took that to mean that we shouldn't cuss, use epithets, or be unnecessarily explicit, not that we should pretend certain events didn't happen. How is violence against women, referenced in the FSU joke by OP, any more "tasteful" than this?
Hahaha. I thought the same thing.
Yeah, they're delusional. I get the feeling from many they expect this to be some pushover venue where they're walking into Wallace Wade Stadium with a crowd that's only at capacity because they graced us with their presence that doesn't understand the game of football, and we'll be honored to have them teach us the ways.
Even though we know the game is coming...opening up my season tickets and seeing Ohio State in the package is still going to be like Christmas in August.
Woohoo! I may have to go ahead and hit the ABC store early, in anticipation.
I think I caught a whiff of a Turkey Leg when I read this.
Try to keep it tasteful

# | Hokies Ponder How to Best the Buckeyes Again, as Excitement Builds for "Most Anticipated Game Ever" I don't know how their team feels, but their fans don't have a clue about playing in Blacksburg at night. I read some on 11 warriors. They think there will be tickets available and have no idea how excited the HokieNation is about this game.
I think when you play an Ohio State...
Beamer, you troll, you.
the "pussification of America" is a thing...apparently..I think it might be a radio segment somewhere that I've heard of but I haven't tuned into myself. From what I've heard it basically talks about how this country is growing softer and softer.
Yes.
ESPN isn't going to die on the SEC mountain, they're going to die on the NFL mountain. That contract cost them so much money they are now getting outbid by everyone else for basically every other sport that matters. Soccer just went to Fox. ESPN no longer carries Auto Racing in any major aspect with NHRA going elsewhere. The NHL is long gone. Baseball is driven by the MLB Network, and weaning itself off ESPN.
And not only that, but ESPN is blatantly being played as the puppet of the NFL. They've become the league's mouthpiece putting out fluff and puff article after fluff and puff article, completely turning the cheek during a time when the league couldn't look worse. And it is turning people off... in droves.
Guffaw. Add "dishonest" to the problem list associated with Charlottesville Delusion Syndrome.

Reading the Blather really makes me appreciate TKP. Too hard to follow to even form an opinion of the fans. Nice work guys.
Well that's a shame... I thought we would be able to bring in someone from a genre of talent, and not the eardrum torture chamber that country music has become.

# | Hokies Ponder How to Best the Buckeyes Again, as Excitement Builds for "Most Anticipated Game Ever" You know that feeling you get when you're overly anxious/excited? That feeling you probably had on the first day of school? That feeling where you're simultaneously nervous and excited, and swear there's nothing left to do other than A) shit your pants, and/or B) puke?
I have that feeling after reading this.
WE ARE SO FUCKING CLOSE TO FOOTBAWWW, YOU GUYS!!
I would like nothing more than to have an O-Lineman named 'Lugg.'
Well when the masses have a very significant portion of fans rooting for the teams you're fluffing, you can get away with it much longer than you should...
That high school is going to have one hell of a receiver on its hands when it comes time for Zach Kuntz' senior year
Fox isn't doing it as a gesture of bold journalism. They're doing it becaude the SEC is the flagship offering for their primary competition, ESPN. Same reason ESPN is so quick to throw shade on the B1G.
Let the I.O. Games begin.

Regardless, I will enjoy it
