# | If the Big XII dissolves and is absorbed into the remaining Power 4, who do you want? Tuberville has an agenda. He wants Cincy in a P5 conference, plain and simple. Cincy doesn't have a shot at the college playoff in the AAC and he knows it.
It also depends heavily on what part of the world you're in. Southern European (Spain, Portugal) and especially South American players are the worst. Northern European players generally flop much less, although there are plenty of exceptions in both cases.
Has anyone presented any evidence (data) that injuries are more likely against good teams? I've never seen it.
I would prefer England just because I think there is a real gulf in talent/ability/matchup issues between this USWNT and England.
With that said, I think the ladies themselves want Japan and want Japan hard. Never underestimate that aspect of it.
I do think Japan will defeat England however as it is, so should be a really good final.

In that case, any comparison and conjecture about how he performs this year vs. last year is a waste of time. Besides, it's not about him. It's about him and his supporting cast.
My belief is that he will start, Cardale will play - a series per quarter or something like that - and Braxton will be used as a slot/WR/RB/situational QB.
While JT did not do well in last year's game, the OSU secondary got torched. Isn't it interesting that no one is making that a central part of the "breakdown"? I guess that's the nature of the QB position, but the VT offense vs. the OSU defense will have some impact on the outcome of this game, won't it?
So, a uniform made out of a plaid like this?
I imagine people would have strokes watching that pattern on running players on TV (like how some suit and shirt patterns look all weird on TV).

If its England, I am confident we'll win because it will just be a bad mismatch.
If its Japan, I am confident we'll win because we're a better team, and we're still pissed off about what happened in 2011.

I think this is the key to the frustration. The reason ACC matchups are such a tossup is because of the competition factor from knowing your opponent so well. ECU in part knows our team just as well as any ACC team but doesn't come with the luster of an ACC victory if we win. That is why its lose-lose for us.
Travis is going to be a monster this year and the next star of DBU after Fuller possibly Facyson returning to form. A stout hitter and active presence. A great asset to recruiting also. You can tell from the info from current prospects that they think highly of Reavis
I can't wait to see the type of adversity this defense will inflict on the other side of the ball.

Now, if the 64 really break out, all bets are off. And, in all honesty, probably should be settled with a draft. Set up 4 conference commissioners, and let them "draft" the teams they want. With the money that would would roll in from a 12 game reg season (7 in your division, 4 from the other division, 1 wildcard) the travel wouldn't be a problem because it would only be football, not all the other sports. (Those need to become more regional too, to be fair. Miami should have to go to Boston to play volleyball!!!)
That draft also being the viewership into play. Do you take Rutgers for the NYC crowd, or Mizzuo because they could win 9-10 games? hmmmmm.

The only way this makes sense for the Big 12 to break up is if the TV contracts expire at the same time and a few of their bigger schools bolt to another conference in a massive negotiating coup to land a huge deal. That only happens when the SEC or Pac12 or Big 10 deals are up for renewal. Otherwise you get a smaller cut of a set pie. When are those deals expiring? Texas or Oklahoma are the linchpins. If 1 of the two leaves the whole thing crumbles. If I'm the SEC I want OU. They have the proximity to Texas and the cache of great sports, without the gorilla feeling of being a rich bully to contend with like the Longhorn network. The ACC would make sense for Texas because they need a gorilla presence to match FSU.
I think French said after Bud's DC outing that they said he's going to end up at whip. I haven't talked to any of the coaches since then. Wouldn't surprise me, though.
Cept Argentina they're not to bad about it and Messi is an absolute joy to watch. I pull for Argentina pretty often but yes south americans are pretty prone to flopping

Atlantic- South Carolina...VT? (only because I believe...)
South- FSU, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas A&M (possibly more. this one should be "who isn't a powerhouse)
North- OSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Nebraska (maybe), Kansas State (maybe)
West- Oregon, USC, Texas

Eh she was our only scoring threat for the first half I thought. Her and Carli Lloyd where the MVPs of the game (and Germany's keeper she played really well)
The girl hasn't played for months due to injury and is just coming back, that's really hard to just come back willy nilly ya know? Especially with a leg injury (major one)
