thanks for the update. I might understand why they're selling it short...I'm a bit skeptical of a huge storm myself..seeing as I've seen less than 8 inches of snow combined in the last 2 years...but we'll see what happens..only time will tell

to be fair the government has really been selling this one short, like....way short....iunno why they're playing it safe and I haven't been in on to many discussions but I think its gonna be a little stronger than that, sorry it took so long to get back to you (lunch with the girlfriend....btw turner place has eel rolls now!!!!!)

in another note I think youre gonna get a little more than that, id venture 8" for you me and my friends are all in the lab making models and watching animations now, my friend chris has it at 6-10" sooooooo yeah

Well...its not like Jackie Robinson had to come out and announce to his team that he was African American...it was no secret obviously.
No, this should not make Sam like Jackie Robinson.

I do think he was pretty brave, but honestly, I don't want to hear about the sexuality of athletes.
I just want to watch football...

So, as it stands today CFB can call up TT and shoot the shit for hours if he wanted to. Does this change if TT is running a 7v7 league? Seems very advantageous for us to have a direct line of constant communication to the 757 without having to jump through any NCAA recruiting limitation hoops. It is essentially what LOLUVa is doing, but better and cleaner and safer since TT and VT have a legitimate personal relationship that isn't just based on paying coaches to brainwash players into thinking they will actually go to the NFL after getting blown off the field for four years in front of all those die hard LOL fans.

Way to show the love French!

Offensive linemen are the second-most important guys on offense IMO (after the QB). A good line and no one touches the RB for the first 3 yards. Gives the QB the time he needs for receivers to complete their routes and the space to make a good throw.

These guys deserve the attention of the Hokie Nation too, and your review is as detailed as it would be for a QB, RB or DB, showing us the techniques they'll need to excel.

The real topic should be: Which Virginia Tech QB would make the best Tight End?

I would have to put Randall ahead of DeShazo personally. I also would put Tyrod above Druck...as much as I liked Druck...Tyrod was pretty good for the Hokies.

Randall was definitely better than Glennon and Marcus Vick.
I also put Will Furrer above Grant Noel.

And Remember everyone, TT's from HPT and the 'Breds are from the Southside.
Very meaningful in the 757.

Just not a whole lot here are old enough to remember Strock. He definitely ranks. I'm an old man at 31 and wasn't even born when he played.

good points, but worst case is that it is one more option for recruits not to go to the sketchy 7x7s, thus diluting their influence. If a kid did grow up admiring TT, he will be likely to go to his org and avoid the clutches of the anti-VT campaign.

We don't know if TT's 7v7 would become a VT pipeline. True, TT loves the Hokies, but I seriously doubt his motivation is VT recruiting.

Dwight Vick, Michael's and Marcus' cousin, is heavily involved with a company called College Prep World (website currently being redesigned) that helps students get ready for college and hosts football camps. Michael has helped out these camps. If you know Dwight, you know he's a huge Hokie fan (does columns on vtscoop.com). However, he's already on record (can't find the source, so this is from memory) that his high-school prep courses will not be influencing recruits to VT. I would argue based on TT's personality, TT's 7v7 would be the same. It's about developing athletes into men, not about VT recruiting.

Sounds awesome! I don't think Tyrod will funnel people to VT but would definately inform them of what it's like. Again, I believe he'll run a much classier organization than the breds who as stated above are just local and trash Tech for whatever reason they do. Looking forward to seeing this happen.
