I was about to ask if that's Bruce Springsteen?

They sent him in for a couple series multiple times throughout the game. My dad still says that if we had just sat him the whole game we might've had a chance, he was just making too many mistakes and wasn't nearly mobile enough to make it worth having him in the game.

the first boobs i ever saw in a movie as a child were in bachelor party.

Most coaches would not be so candid about their decisions (even a year later)
Frank knows he would have made alot more headlines if he had hired Ralph,
let alone having a former HC as your OC is a plus. He did what was in the best
interest of the program- no doubt, stand up guy, that HCFB!

On second thought, let's forget about the 7-on-7

To this day Bachelor Party may still be my favorite Tom Hanks movie. Volunteers is up there too, with an assist from John Candy.

I don't know about Andy, but I haven't before now come down on this important issue. I would like to announce at this time that Hokie CPA is, indeed, a proud member of

team pie

I would be ok with retiring his jersey. Although he never had the impact that MV7 had, here are some things he did do that MV7 did not:
-won a BCS game ('08 Orange Bowl)
-win more conference champs than Vick ('07, '08, '10)
-break QB records

The other difference is that Tyrod (and Vick et all) are awesome. Who would you rather learn from- NFL level talent or local-level coaches?

I think it would be hard to overstate the importance that this could have in countering the current situation in Va Beach. It's not hard to avoid the ethical pitfalls in this case: don't trash other schools, have an agenda for a particular school, and don't act like an agent.

I love Tyrod even more for this.

What year was that? I remember someone shutting us out at home one year early in hs for me but idk if it was Maury. I'll be honest, it got pretty damn scary some nights.

"I changed staff here last year and I really wanted to bring Ralph here, but our situation was that I kind of needed to get some new blood in here, some people that hadn't been connected to me along the way. I think he was interested. Like I said, I wanted to hire him. It just wasn't the right time. I just needed to branch out a little bit."

Frank taking care of business and understanding what he needs to do like the BOSS he is.

hmm... seems the internet disagrees AND agrees with you

While dumplings as such are found throughout Eurasia, the specific name pierogi, with its Proto-Slavic root "pir" (festivity) and its various cognates in the West and East Slavic languages, shows the name's common Slavic origins, predating the modern nation states and their standardized languages, although in most of these languages the word means pie.

also in slang they are referred to as the "Polish Dumpling"

This however

Dumplings aren't stuffed and are more like a biscuit

is inaccurate as an entire continent of Asian could show you. Dumplings are indeed always stuffed and nothing like a biscuit.

i love Tyrod, but no. If we retired every jersey of a player i loved we would have 50+ jerseys hanging up around Lane. He was a great QB and a great Hokie, but i think getting a jersey hung should be reserved for a program changing player, not just a great one.

One of the few away games I went to in high school and some Maury kids barely got out alive. LT doesn't take kindly to getting shut out on their home field.

I was a QB, I'm not going to block!
Watching that really is sickening!
To have the skills he had and his size, it was a shame he didn't AND would NOT block!
Sad part is got away with it! Sickening!
