A friend of mine who has subscriptions to all the major recruiting websites has heard that Nnadi is basically a lock for FSU. He says that FSU is really only worried about UVA since he's making a visit there so late. Unfortunately, I'd have to side with him. I think as of late, we've had trouble with closing (i.e. Hand). I trust our staff, but I kind of lack the confidence that they can close the deal on these big name recruits.
Definitely. Still trying to keep up with them. Can't really say anything about the last three by Bama though.
Every time Bama claims another national title, Nick Saban shrinks an inch. It's part of his deal with the devil.
ANOTHER FULLER
Raymon spent 3 years at Patrick Henry then "reclassified" (a popular term in hoops) as a 11th grader when he enrolled at Benedictine. So, he will have spent 5 years total in high school once this June rolls around.
I still think/hope there is a sleeper recruit. One so secret, he is not even on the radar screen.
Conjecture away.
Bama has been claiming extra National Championships for years but never get called on it.
For me, I think a major overhaul of the interior lighting would do wonders to improve Cassell. After that, the entrances could really use a refurb. ....that and get another 2500 people regularly in the seats
Even more surprising is that he doesn't want to play CB. He's looking mainly at us and ECU because we're the only two schools that offered him to play RB.
The Virginia Tech High School Invitational is tomorrow.

Tyler Powell is listed on his school's roster, which is also listed as attending the meet.

Most likely reason behind these tweets is he made a few friends while being recruited, and figures he could meet up with them. I doubt there's any chance of him flipping at the last minute.
Edit to add:
It is worth noting that Virginia Tech is on his "interest list" on 247, and it lists Shane was his recruiter.
With all do respect, if UVA didn't offer Tech probably won't. Kid probably wants to be a hokie though.
Most likely, it was just funny, he was one of the first names I saw them going through. Marshawn's video was pretty long too, it's like they had the whole highlight reel going.
6'4" 262lb defensive tackle...3 stars.
Just another reason to hire Gregg Ma rshall since Wichita State is where he is shooting that free throw in the video....give us the recruiting edge
Awesome thread. 13 minutes well spent
Assuming he graduates in the spring, I could see Loeffler at least giving him a shot. Like you said, that way we could shut Ford and Durkin down for a year and get them better prepared for the future.
Though, there has been some discussion of scholarship limits for the coming class, I'm not sure how that works with transfers. There's a good chance we just don't have room.
Tech class of 2029... Here we go!!
ha! so did I! My two older brothers are Auburn grads and declined to go to the game ... I won't speculate on why but it's a shame they missed a National Championship game!
will graduate
Yeah, I figured it would be a long shot. But with Loeffler already recruiting top 2015 guys it makes you think that he's always looking for talent. And Wittek is a guy who can play immediately since he already has his degree.
If he had graduated and is eligible to play immediately great! Redshirt Ford! If not, meh.
Doubtful, but you never know.
We're bringing in 2 decent QB's this year, with at least 2 targets in 2015, both 5* if I'm not mistaken.
Brilliant
Found an image of McKenzie leaving FL for Blacksburg.

Edit: Wrong McKenzie.
